Linda S – Two scriptures: Phil 4:6-7 – Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Then 2 Chron (7:14) “…and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”


Barbara – Didn’t get specific words but got sense of exactly those two scriptures; saw blue flashes, sense of peace over us. We just needed to call on the Lord. It felt simple, easy tonight, smooth.


Denise – Read Joel 2:1- 7 “Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill…” Had a sense of the Blessed Mother’s prayers for our area in the San Francisco bay area.

Theresa - Eph 2:8-9 – For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;  not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.


Linda M – got same scripture as Denise – seems “not so good” image in scripture but reminds us that the Lord is there for us.


Adrienne – Saw lot of fire, flames, fire of affliction. Through it He does a lot of honing, purifying. Then saw flat desert, nothing there but flat path, soil reddish, totally flat, nothing growing, had sense that was entreating Him for strength, courage, deep faith for all of us, remain bound in His love, united. “Prepare well this advent for I wish to enter your hearts in a new way and possess you more fully.”


Bob – Heard message of “listen and be open. Listen to the Lord and be open to the gifts of advent.”


Rod – Double confirmation, felt the Lord saying we’re in a season where the Holy Spirit will foster growth in us. God will reap the fields when they are ready.


Celine – First thought of the homeless, then thought of people in Africa, China, Russia – people who had to practice faith underground. Lots of famine in Africa – received word – we need to be freedom fighters to free them, not only for them but for us eventually or we may be underground someday as well. Ended with picture of woman in bed like a saint, not sure if asleep or dead, but not revealed. Strange but she just appeared.


Betty – The first word was ‘bonding’ – how we need to bond together, people of faith. In bonding will be strength, bible study groups, prayer groups, unity – not just with Catholics but with others as well. Need to ask intercession of Pope John Paul 2. Reminded of the scripture “…they’re casting out demons but they’re not one of us” and Jesus said let them, they are part of us. Need to join with other Christians. Then saw hearts on strings all different shades, some white, red, pink, represented all hearts, all faiths but all believing in God, all on strings, very close together, converging on God. No knot at end of string, because he gives us free will, clinging together. Separate hearts, on their own, things being shot at them, being blasted, vulnerable because out on their own. Those bonded together were all toward his heart and had strength to fight against his evil.


Shelly – Heard the words ‘obedience, persistence’. Saw a wet blanket over us, angels came to lift off but too heavy, then more angels came to help, then another row of them to fight back demons from outer circle around us. With the reinforcements the angels then were able to raise up the blanket. Then saw flowers bloom inside circle, and trees grew outside circle to keep out the demons that wanted to bring back the blanket, to keep us down. Angels kept guard. We would not be kept down but rose up in Christ.


Theresa – Saw a lake overflowing on us; It caused vine to grow into shape of the name of Jesus, surrounded us as we all were giving him glory.

Ciria – Fresno CA - Our prayer was blessed although some of our people couldn't come to prayer together. We prayed from our own homes. We received a word and visions about the "bitter root".
Ciria, Fresno:
Vision:  I saw a plate of roots and they looked like separated tubers with knobs and woody.  However each one had tiny, moving white roots that were the size of threads growing out of the tubers.  I knew immediately that they were bitter roots. As I watched the white threads moving, I realized they were alive.

Heb 12:14-16 NKJV Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled.  Such a bitter root can cause resentment in us because of trial and loss. Faith in God’s ability to restore us as he did Naomi in spite of trials and loss. Ruth 1: 19-22 NKJ   So the two women went on until they came to Bethlehem. When they arrived in Bethlehem, the whole town was stirred because of them and  the women exclaimed, “Can this be Naomi?”   “Don’t call me Naomi,” she told them. “Call me Mara,because the Almighty has made my life very bitter.  I went away full, but                         the Lord has brought me back empty. Why call me Naomi? The Lord has afflicted me; the Almighty has brought misfortune upon me.” So Naomi returned from Moab accompanied by Ruth the Moabite, her daughter-in-law, arriving in Bethlehem as the barley harvest was  beginning. James 3 NIV Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind, but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.”


Maya - Fresno CA - Vision: I saw roots from a great tree, and it’s connection was people , like family structures, there for each other, civilization and a network of ideas and feelings are shared through the roots. The Lord gave me Proverbs 14, to read and I found comparisons of Foolish and Wise advice.


Melina B – Fresno CA - I prayed to the lord that our family would heal for the sake of the old and the young, because after a certain point none of the problems of resentment, anger, greed, etc. doesn't even matter anymore. The best that one can do is change the present and the future. No one can ever change what God has set in front of us or has planned for us all we can do is make the best of it and learn from each other's experiences.

Twyla - , Fresno CA - I was above the atmosphere and I saw the four winds coming for the south, west, north and east come together in the sky. As the winds came together it became a giant swirl that formed into a funnel cloud. Then I saw that funnel strike the foundation of homes, then the home on the foundation would be lifted up and exploded in mid air and then the particles would blow away. The funnel struck once more and divided the foundation. It was divided into two. I got the feeling that the homes represented families and that the foundation was allowed to be divided by the Lord and the family structure was blown away. I didn’t see it as a negative thing to have the Lord allow a major change or shaking in our family structure.  It may be the change we need to bring our families to the place the Lord needs us at.

Paul – Florida - I saw a group of people in a plaza like setting. Everyone was engaged in conversation or greeting each other by hugs or handshakes. Still other people came into the plaza and immediately joined in conversations or exchanged greetings. This continued, but the plaza, at no point, seemed to be crowded. When I looked around for familiar faces, they were all there and no one appeared to leave. No one was in a hurry, no one was a center of attention, no one appeared to be alone. There were also many children. They had room to do kid stuff. The weather was not a factor and everyone was neatly attired. No one was ill. Everyone appeared to be satisfied. As the image faded, the only words that remained with me were, "He loves us".


Madeleine – London UK - Prayed in Tongues for a while, then saw a child sitting down on the floor, locked in a cage. I could not understand it and asked the Lord to show me what it meant. He did, and what he made clear to me was, that too many children are being abused and that we need to pray for them to be protected, I then had a picture of  St. Michael and realized that we need to pray to St. Michael to protect them as they feel trapped within themselves and that they cannot talk to anyone about their situation as they are afraid that no one will believe them.

Joshua 1:8 (NIV) “ Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” I had a vision of a large hand writing on a book the names of people. The Lord then said “You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, consecrated and set apart to do My work, those very things that are pleasing in My sight.  Glorify Me in all you do and do it unto Me and not for man.  What is pleasing to man is despicable in My sight.  I weigh your works and what is done according to My will, will I accept.  Lay your crowns at my feet and humbly come to Me offering up your praise and petitions unto Me.  Set yourself apart from the world, consecrate yourself to Me and be the salt and light that I have chosen you to be.  You are not your own, you have been bought, redeemed with a price and you belong to Me.  Be holy for I, your God am holy.  I am Yahweh who walks with you, who helps and enables you to fulfill that calling which I have upon your life.  Seek Me first and you will comprehend.”


Closing prayer: Lord Jesus, we lift these words to you and ask you to let your purpose flow through them. Erase which was just from our limited understanding, and let take root and produce fruit those words that were from your heart. Train us to listen, and speak your words.
Thank you Lord. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen

Power Tongues notes 11/4/2012

Linda - When we started, I first saw tremendous fear that had been unleashed. Lord reminding us that perfect love casts out all fear. Then drawn to devastation in eastern U.S., heard the Lord say that it may call up devastation in your own history; let the remembrance come; surrender it to me and I will lift it from you. Look at the storms, kept hearing the Lord say, ‘hold steady’ over and over.

Theresa – Got something similar – psalm 1 – saw circular saw – that is what God is doing, splitting things on different levels, exposing things on many angles, things aren't what they seem. Saw smoke rising, like pictures of September 11 (in New York), buildings fell, death came. Began to pray for body of Christ that we would see clearly through the smoke, keep our eyes on Jesus, he’s the truth, he will remain, when the dust settles, we will see him…message is he will remain. Psalm 1 – get text. Also psalm 2 – Lord sits on his throne…

Betty – Saw threshing machine, peasant woman hitting wheat on floor – separate wheat from chaff. Lord said, ‘You will see clearly the ones who are standing with me, you will know clearly the good from the evil, those who are with me and those who are against me. Separate within yourselves also, to separate and take away all that is evil, not of me, to separate the chaff to come with purity of body, heart, mind, and soul. All that will remain is the perfect kernel of wheat that is love; when all is taken away through the threshing, all that is left is love’.

Shelly – Saw puppets, all of us as puppets, and instructed to cut the string; that we are to stand on our own. Cut the strings and at first we were wobbly but then got our footing, stood strong. Lord said ‘stand on your own’, that we are to focus totally on Him, not think about the other people, not think about whatever is distracting us, our thoughts, our surroundings. Then sensed woosh of Holy Spirit, saw image like an atom bomb, but not destructive, like power of Holy Spirit coming out of the power tongues group and spreading through world.

John – vision of Jesus, mother Mary and Joseph over very dark field. They were in sky over field, Jesus as baby. Very peaceful even though it was dark. Light shown down on an innocent lamb in the field. The lamb was very calm. After awhile light went to a mother holding a young child, everything else dark, words that came to mind ‘resist the devil and he will flee from you’. That scripture kept coming to mind.

Susan – Focus on Him, keep praying, keep focus on Him. He knows everything in our lives, what’s going on, the storms, etc. He kept saying to focus on Him even in the storm, not to be distracted, focus on Him.

Mary Ellen - Thought of Chicken Little – person who is terrified because she thinks the sky is falling – because of their fear they all run into the mouth of the real danger. Applying it to today, as we fear what outcomes might be out there from governments, etc. But the Lord says, ‘don’t be afraid of him who can only hurt the body, keep your eyes on the one who can hold you safe ….” The seed falls on the ground and dies, springs back up.

Betty – second image was of a pan flute, the Lord said ‘sing praise because I dwell in your praises’ no matter what’s happening, praise.

Adrienne – Saw Jesus’ heart, then saw his heart break with jagged edges in middle. Heard ‘my people are so divided’ – thought of scripture of fathers against children, etc. This is time of repentance. Then saw a person walking on path, dark path but she could see her way, then saw little cottage. He’s calling us to come away with him, to not be distracted. Then saw map of US, saw tiers of people in rows from east coast to west coast, shrouded in darkness; as kept praying, saw that as a nation we’re still wrapped in darkness. Then looked at sky, it was night so dark, but saw huge star, reminded of star that led to nativity. Like it had diamonds all around it, it was beautiful – word was ‘this is the star of evangelization, this was Mary, we are to stay close to her and she will lead us in to a deeper union with her son.

John – hearing – “Submit only and completely to the Lord, there is no place for fear, submit completely to the Lord.”

Rod – We are called to intercede, pray, love. Word “conversion” was prominent in prayer. Thought of scripture that Jesus came to help those who are sick.

Liz - Scranton PA - As I prayed the Prayer of Preparation, "I bind my whole person...to the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ." I heard: "Do you know what you are asking, to be bound to Me?" This was a moment of amazing peace."See what the Lord has done for you. As he delivered the people of Abraham from slavery, so shall he deliver you from the deadly slavery of the world. The Lord keeps his promises. The Lord delivers those who believe in Jesus. They will win victory over the world." Reading: 1 John 5:1-12.

Sion - Cerritos, CA - “ Only those who hear my voice can be called my servant. Keep up the faith, despite the worldly challenges, know that the prize of heavenly glory is near and close to those who hear my voice and do my Father’s will. Joy and peace of mind can come in full faith knowing that my Father knows best for your being.”

Michelle - North Carolina – “Do not be burdened by trivial matters, but bestow My grace and My peace among My people. Though destruction and terrors may come, do not be afraid, but console one another and in My kinship you shall be comforted with my peace. Adhere to the laws established by the Lord and refrain from evil doings. Encompass my word and its’ relevance on your life. Distinguish not the evils, but know in your heart that My will shall be revealed and upon the rock of My salvation water shall flow to cleanse the earth of immoralities and pain. Refreshing water shall be the key to understanding and believing the things I shall tell you. Overcome the way of the earth’s so called “truths” ;and I shall give you the knowledge and wisdom. The truth shall lead to eternal bliss in My kingdom. Many a day shall you see the sorrows and strife of my people, but be strong in knowing that all this shall pass. These abominations shall open your eyes and reveal to you My truth. The sins of the world can and shall be revoked and penance and sorrow shall open the door to My everlasting love.” Vision: Jesus walks over many large rocks and boulders. His feet are worn and blistered, but he keeps moving forward. Know that help is on the way.

Heart of Jesus Prayer Community – Glendale CA

Donna – Glendale CA - I saw the enclosure of a cloister with a garden in the middle with an arch where people can walk and I saw all of us walking around and there were other people too, and there were people who are solid like us. Then there were others who were there but I really could not see them, and I did not hear anything and that was all I saw. It was like we were praying with a bunch of people, people who have died and gone before us, maybe, and I just felt peace and it was quiet, like it would be if you were in a monastery, just away from the city. I don’t remember hearing crickets or anything. Just quiet.

Barbie - Glendale CA - I confirm that. I did not see anything but there was peace.

Roland (Bro. Oks) – Glendale CA - What I saw was family reconciliation. I saw the family of my brother and there was forgiveness and reconciliation. It was really nice to see family get back together. It was like a celebration.

Evelyn – Glendale CA - When we were praying, I kept seeing Jesus dressed like the Sacred Heart, like the picture I have at home that comes from the Feast of the Sacred Heart. Then it switched – I saw Calvary but I could not see the Cross, it was not there, the sun was behind it, brilliant sun and then I heard “Come to me those who are weary. I will refresh you with living water. I kept praying and praying and then I heard Bro. Oks say “Lord have mercy”. And then I heard again “Mercy”. After that I felt the presence of Jesus. I felt that I was wrapped in a warm thing like somebody was carrying me. I felt it was God and then I heard the word “Peace” and “Hope”. It was like a movie, you see these scenes.

Nerio – Glendale CA - It is like I saw what is happening back East, (the storm Sandy). I was yelling at this people because I did not see on TV that they went to Church, so I was yelling to them “why don’t you pray”. I saw them getting food and things but did not see them go to Church so I was yelling at them.

Zenny – Glendale CA - What I saw were faces and those are the people I have been praying for. It was like a film; then I heard the Lord say “Indeed I am with you when you gather in my Name”. Then later on there was silence, then I saw Him extend His hands and said “ Come to me who are heavily burdened and I will refresh you. “ Confirming what Evelyn heard.

Maura – North Carolina - I spent most of the time praising. The scripture I got was about separating ourselves from those who worship idols.

Jackie – North Carolina – After spending time praying in tongues on Sunday night, what kept coming to me is "My heart weeps because of the people who do not love me. Oh they say they love me, but they turn away from my principles. Still, I love them. I want them to turn away from their sins, and repent. I have given you free will and I will not violate your free will by forcing you to choose life, love and liberty. The choice is yours. I ask you who love me, to love those who have gone against me. Do not be bitter or hold grudges against them. Instead keep them in your prayers that their souls may be saved. Know that I love you, I love all of my creation. I see all hearts. I hear, listen and answer your prayers that are in accordance with my will. I will always bless those who bless and love me."

Fresno Prayer Community – We are so blessed through our trials. What a difference it makes to received our trials as blessings. This is a gift with peace to endure them, for his names' sake and for our growth and building up of our faith. There is none who can endured as Christ did his punishment taken for us. Nor is there one who brought the victory over death and the grave as Jesus has. For this we are grateful, for trials. God Bless you and thank you for praying faithfully each month and each day.

Ciria - Fresno CA - I saw stars like great lights falling down from the heavens onto the earth and greater lights coming up from the earth itself which combined with the light from the heavens.. The light increased and became a great storm of light. Confirmed in Ezk 1:4 “As I watched, a great storm-wind came from the North, a large cloud with flashing fire, a bright glow all around it,” This is the manifestations of the glory of the Lord, the earth his footstool was surrounded with his presence. The Lord lightens the hearts of men. Their darkness comes because men do not love the truth. The Lord is looking for a committed people. He finds the heart that searches for God, humbles itself and gives itself without reservation to the creator. God inspires men and gives understanding (John 32:8). God gives to a man that is good in his sight: wisdom, knowledge and joy. But to the sinner he gives them travail, to gather up and heap up, that he may give to him that is good. Ez 2:26. Also: Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter; Fear God and keep His commandments; for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil." Is 50:4, Luke 11:9.

Melina - Fresno CA - Lord I am so grateful for the joy of the love and closeness of my family, happiness from my friends, and for the new positive outlooks on my college education. This whole month took a huge turn for me in a positive way. Thank you lord for the endless opportunities that come. Give me strength to hold these “treasures” in my life.

I got: Psalms 61:1-5 Hear, O God, my supplication; heed my prayer. From the end of the earth to You I call; when my heart is faint, lead me to a rock high above me. For indeed You have been a refuge for me, a tower of strength in the face of an enemy. I would dwell in Your tent forever, take refuge in the shelter of Your wings. For indeed You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given an inheritance (to) those who fear Your name. Heal my great-grandpa from the cancer living in his body. Strengthen him to over-come this illness. Also help my mother become less vulnerable to the enemies in this world who want to take advantage of her. Help her have clear thoughts and desire the truth and wisdom through you Lord.

Maya – Fresno CA - Confirming: I am thankful to the Lord for my life and family and gifts. I received 1Samuel 15:29 He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a man, that he should change his mind." I had a vision of a large blue flames and it made me feel like I was cleansed, like a baptism with fire. Stars were falling into the flames, which moved like a sea.

Bryanna - Fresno - Let us feel the deep remorse for our sin. The heart will become sick. Turn to the Lord in times of trial and keep your mind stayed on Him. The Lord himself will declare and confirm his own children, and not a single one is lost. He will draw us under his shadow where we are hid. Lay no conditions upon the Lord he will keep those he has saved. Let not your heart be troubled or afraid, the Lord is able to keep what we have committed unto him, against the day of provocation. Lord hear our prayer for a soft heart and clean heart, and a right spirit, therefore we hide His Word in our hearts, and we will not sin against the Lord.

Ron - Fresno - Daniel 2

Fleeta – Fresno - Received a word of encouragement regarding trials. Lord we lift your name in praise for the strength we find in you and through your name.

Twyla - Fresno - In my prayers I saw a vivid image of a red dragon; he had a huge wing spanned. The dragon was suspended above the earth; the dragon began to take hold of the earth below with his claws. Then the dragon waved his wings and began to move upward and as he did that the land gave under the pressure and began to break apart I could see and feel the heat of the fire from the center of the earth. The dragon would move to and fro and continue to take sections of the earth one piece at a time. I also saw an ocean and a large object was breaking waves on the water and when it came to the surface of the water there was a bright blue light that shot out of the water like a laser straight into the sky the light illuminated the clouds and atmosphere.

Jane – Raleigh - North Carolina - I started with asking for forgiveness and guidance for a situation that had me perplexed that occurred earlier in the day, and within moments I was speaking in tongues. A clear, distinct thought came to me that the incident was orchestrated by an evil influence, and resolution would come through recognition of this mischief and a more Christ-like attitude in coming to a respectful agreement with this other party. (As a note, after the incident I was drawn to listening to a discussion on demons, but didn't put things together till our praying.) I felt strongly prompted to participate in our power prayer. I am so grateful I did follow this prompting as this situation had really disturbed my peace of mind. Thank you all for being there for me and with me. Praise God in all His goodness.


Closing Prayer: Lord we return these words to you. Let that which is from you take root and produce fruit. That which is from our own mind and circumstances, let it be washed away in your perfect love. Teach us to pray, to listen, to respond in your love. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Power Tongues notes 10/7/2012

Singing “He is Lord, He is Lord, He is risen from the dead, and He is Lord, every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord”

Linda S – So right to sing this. The Lord is saying that our prayers are chasing after the lost and drawing them home. Soon as we started I felt his tender presence sweeping through. As we pray in tongues we are extending his purpose, tilling the soil. He said, open your hands and I’ll fill them. Precious time.

Theresa – Saw the Lord like cowboy with a lasso, chasing down like Linda said, us first, gathered our thoughts into his purpose, then our hearts, then gathered his people, putting them in his reign, even in heaven, the stars and angels, declaring they belong to him.

Celine – As I prayed, the principal thoughts were on healing: mainly physical ones, the rare ones as well as the predominant ones like diabetes, obesity... We seemed to travel around the world. I caught myself twice at different times saying the Hail Mary. It is fitting since it is the feast of our Lady of the Rosary today. "I am the Healer" said the Lord. He also wanted me to put all the diseases onto his cross.I have the sense that as He healed the physical, the emotional and spiritual aspects were also healed because peace prevailed.

John – Felt father and son very happily playing, felt presence of enemy trying to separate father and son. I was praying that the enemy would not be able to separate father and son. Then saw vision of father and son kneeling down at the foot of the cross together; enemy did not separate. Felt the need to pray more that fathers would lead their sons to kneel at the foot of the cross.

Bible verse coming – when God said to Noah – I am sorry that I created man – but God mentioned the youth, so much darkness has come to youth, a lot of prayers have to go to bring children back to him, through the fathers. So much evil is attacking the children. King James Version in Genesis 8:21: And the Lord smelled sweet savor; and the Lord said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth. This is where I read a commentary about the need to protect our youth from evil, since it is mentioned here that the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth.

Susan – Felt the presence of shadow of God’s hand on the whole world; He is in control, He has us in palm of His hand, no matter what happens. Felt like lifting up hands and praising, then saw dense forest, so dense and thick, God’s light was shining through to make a path for those who are pressing into the darkness, the light was pressing through to make a path to the people in darkness.

Betty – Saw explosions, war planes, like darkness coming over whole world. The children, how it hurts the Lord’s heart to see them suffering especially in places like Syria, and those aborted, the most innocent are being destroyed. Could see Him saying ‘I am the Lord of life, this is low on your agenda’. If you don’t put the valuing of life high on your agenda, when death and destruction come your way do you expect me to hear your cries? Then saw our lady of Guadalupe, saw people with rosaries, then saw rays of light to penetrate the darkness. Feast days, 40 days for life, pro-life – so important. Pay attention to these because blessings come to you when you do.

Rod – Confirm Betty’s word. First thing heard was the Lord saying ’Set my people free’. Sensed how powerful the gift of tongues is as a tool. Lord is saying, be relentless in your prayer for the cities – sexual immorality, abortion. By your prayers and humbling yourself, maybe the Lord will relent.

Mary Ellen – Idea of asking the Lord for spirit of praise, give thanks for all the Lord has done and will do. If stuck in taking the good things for granted, if saying words of praise were kind of hollow, ask for spirit of praise and thanksgiving so it’s authentic.

Shelly – Led to pray for marriages, that the Holy Spirit would pour love into marriages, that the enemy would not have power to destroy marriages, but marriages would survive and thrive.

Pattie – North Carolina - “If we haven’t wept over our city yet, we don’t have God’s heart; we need to have a heart for the harvest. Ask the Lord for fresh Oil.”

Paul – Florida - In the dryness of the desert, I sought the Lord. He spoke to me but a single word....Persevere.....

Liz – Scranton PA - The peace I offer the world is found in the silence of the heart. The Holy Spirit comes to those he has chosen; to those who prepare their hearts for Him. He comes by invitation whenever he is invited. Your heart becomes His sanctuary. He in turn will be your depository for your fears. He will exchange them with His sweet Spirit. It is necessary for you to let go of the fears to receive peace.

Maria - North Carolina - I struggled to focus while speaking in tongues. The following scripture came to me from Hebrews 4:7 "Oh, that today you would hear his voice: 'Harden not your hearts.'"

Madeleine – London UK - Whilst praying in tongues for a while, I saw a big sun rising out of the sea, it was very very bright, also very large. I was then led to psalm 15: 1-5 - “Lord who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? the one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart; whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbour, and casts no slurs on others; who despises a vile person, but who honours those who fear the LORD; who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind; who lends money to the poor without interest; who does not accept a bribe against the innocent. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.” I then heard the Lord saying "My child, there are too many people suffering in this world - Pray for the oppressed, pray for the innocent, they are My children, My little ones. The sun represents my burning love for you all. Pray, pray, pray! Wash yourselves down with My love!

Magano – Africa - Keep your eyes on Jesus, your deliverer. The one who makes crooked
paths straight and rough paths smooth.

Maura – North Carolina - God brought to mind the time when the disciples were brought before the Sanhedrin for teaching in Jesus name after being ordered not to do so. The Sanhedrin maintained that the disciples were making them guilty “of this man’s blood”.The disciples answered, “We obey God rather than human beings.” They repeated how Jesus had been put to death but “God exulted Him that He might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins.”

When they were ready to stone the disciples one of them said, “Leave them alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is of God you will not be able to stop these men, you will just find yourselves fighting against God.” I believe this last part is a discernment of how our group should behave during a difficulty we are having.

Pat – Staten Island NY - After praying, the Lord led me to write the following: Believe and know that I am God the great Almighty. I shall come with great power and majesty. Know me by my word and never let thy own words cause thee to stumble. Bring forth all that I have given you and do not be afraid of the outcome. Behold I go before you and prepare the way. Let not your heart be troubled but stand firm to all my words. I am here in the midst of trouble and will not waiver or bend. See what I am doing. Jesus, my son, is standing beside me. Closing prayer: Lord Jesus, we offer these words to you and ask that the words spoken that were from your heart, let them take root and produce fruit. Words that were spoken from our own limited understanding, let them be washed away in your love. Teach us how to listen to you and respond with your heart. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen

Power Tongues notes 9/2/2012

Home group

Linda S - The longer we prayed in tongues this evening, the stronger the tongues became. There was a sense of a fierce battle, heavy clouds, then a piercing light, followed by a flood of peace. As tongues went on stronger and longer, the clouds began to leave. Then I saw people walking on unstable ground that was spongy, uncertain of where they were going. Then they were able to step into firm ground. All throughout, the tongues was strong, and easy and clear. It stayed strong, and was consistent.

Santiago - I found myself singing in tongues. As I prayed this way my heart became lighter. Then the Lord said, “Open your mouth and just praise me.”

Rod - Surrender, repent, forgive, be healed. 1 John 4:7 … let us love one another.

Celine - The word ‘love’ was poured out all around the world. I was asking for hope. Forgiveness came. And his love for us was very strong. A sense of giving God’s love and feeling his love.

Barbara - Lord said pray protection for our country. When I started there was a heavy cloud of darkness; it was a heavy darkness. As we persisted in prayer it was stronger and easier to fight the battle. Also, Indonesia was in my heart.

Victoria - I could see a cloud of glory, sense of presence of Lord, and a peace and love all around.

Betty - I saw a very large circle of pink flowers, doves flying all around. I heard, ‘Mankind doesn’t have peace. The farther they go away from me the less peace they will have. My circle of love keeps expanding. My intercessors are within my circle of love. As you pray, others will be drawn into my circle of love.’

Susan - As we were praying there was a very bright light; many people just came gathering closer and closer to the light, getting closer to God.

Soosay - While we were praying, tears started to flow. Long time since I’ve had these tears. When I closed my eyes I saw a map of USA. Quite some time there were tears, tongues with my tears. The tears meant, ‘to cry out’.

John - I saw an open field. The first thing that appeared was a very young lad, then a dove, then a tiger or lion; very majestic animal with them. A shepherd, the four of them looking out . Saw all these different churches. Word that came strong as tongues continued; unity for the trinity.

Santiago - Confirmed the Shepherd. The Lord said ‘sing to me a new song’.

Theresa - Sense of flood waters filling in the valleys, cleansing. Saw a city after the rain stops, and all the roof ledges with sparkling drops of water like diamonds. The streets were shiny, cleansed by God’s water. Began to pray the cleansing water would spread throughout the earth. We, who are praying, began walking through these streets spreading this cleanliness. As we, who are praying, walked , our footsteps were the footsteps of Jesus.

July - Caracas, Venezuela. Vision 1: The face of devil in green color. In my mind comes as a flash the word: Spirit of death. Vision 2: I saw a married couple, with their hands fixed on the solid rock, but because of a strong wind, their bodies were in the air. They were in great anguish, but they were struggling with the terrible wind. Their bodies were moving like flags. Message: God is with the people of faith. But the devil wants to kill Christian marriages and Christian families, as well as the church. We must pray in spirit and in power and fight the enemy with the Lord. Also, our faith has to be in our rock, Jesus Christ. All circumstances will be controlled by our Lord. All Glory to our God. Amen.

Michelle - North Carolina - heard, “I shall gather you together and select a path that leads to My eternal blessings. I shall be your shepherd and lead you into a place of serenity and peace. Days of great turmoil shall you leave behind and prosperity shall you endure. Though you may pass through briars and stones, I shall clear the way for you and you shall follow Me. Great is the day when the journey shall lead you to encompass my love and rejoice at the thought of being at My side. I shall be there for you as a stallion carries a soldier in wartime. I shall be there to carry you through your hurts and distress. I shall trample the evil one and we shall run at a speed that rushes with the wind. The days are near when there shall be much destruction and pain, but be confident in knowing that I am with you always. The peace of my Spirit shall surround you and shall protect you from all evil. You must be strong and adhere to my words. The sincerity of your heart shall be your breastplate and it shall protect you and I shall lead you home to My eternal kingdom.  

Nora - San Diego CA – When I was praising the Lord with this worship song, "Did you feel the mountains Tremble?" I literately saw how heaven was open and letting music notes fall from heaven, music notes that came and touched people hearts and made them dance with joy, making them become little children and forgetting about everything in life, and thinking only in worship with joy to our Lord Jesus Christ.  I pray to our heavenly Father that we the children of God, will pray and intercede with worship and praise to our King Jesus, so He will receive our prayers as a sweet scent and let his Spirit of Joy fall in our land, and bring repentance, and conviction to the hearts of His people. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Sion - Los Angeles, CA – This is what I heard: My children: “I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”  Do not fear in life.  Always live by the guiding of the Holy Spirit, deep prayers and deep faith that it is the will of my Father that works in you to will and to act according to His very purpose in your lives.”  My mind then drifted to the SCRC convention being held in Anaheim CA. During the mass, it was as if fires of the Holy Spirit’s gifts were falling from the roof of the arena.  I then started to weep when I remembered the hurts and disappointments harbored in my heart.  I then heard a voice saying: “Why are you still crying?  I have already forgiven you.”  I tell you, I went home very much at peace and knowing that the Lord Almighty was with His people at the SCRC Convention.

Paul – Florida – While praying, this image came to me: the timbers of the cross represent our Christian faith: one is horizontal and one is vertical and where they cross is, of courses, the heart of Jesus. The horizontal bar represents the social ministries of the Church, while the upright bar is our direct relationship with God. I was made to understand that without the upright which is grounded on the Rock, the horizontal bar is pretty precariously floating in the air. I am urged to reiterate the slogan "It is time to get Vertical." Seek first the kingdom of God and all things will be added unto you.

Madeleine – London, UK - After praying in tongues for a while, I saw flashes of light in a semi dark sky, like lightening. Then I saw a large Bible all lit up in the sky and heard the words "Come follow me, I am the way, the truth and the life. Gather my children up, show them the way and bring them back to me, I will never stop waiting for them, I love you my children I love you with all my heart! “Then I felt the Lord directing me to this verse, giving us instructions as to how He wants us to behave when gathering up his children! James 3:17    “But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace -loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.”

Ciria – Fresno CA - I was given a vision. It began raining rock. As the rock fell to the ground, it oozed oil. I heard the Lord refer to the rocks as ‘precious stones’. The rock accumulated and became a stone quarry and the Lord said “Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness and seek the Lord. Look to the Rock from which you were cut, and to the quarry from which you were hewn.... the rock which the builders rejected. Here is the chief cornerstone. You were hewn from stone that causes (unrighteous) men to stumble, and the Rock that makes (unrighteous) men fall.

Maya - Fresno, CA: Psalm 19 & Psalm 23

Bryanna - Fresno CA : I kept seeing Jacob’s well and recalling Psalm 23 : “ye though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil”. Our trials are like the valley of the shadow of death. God takes us though the shadow of death but not through death itself. At the well he saves his portion of people and gives them living water. I began to thank him for my trials and for giving me living water. I prayed for others facing trials that he would do the same for them.

Melina - Fresno CA - The lord gives a lot of mercy even to the people who do not serve him. Tonight the verses, Micah 6:9-16 came to mind. “Listen! The LORD is calling to the city-- and to fear your name is wisdom--Heed the rod and the One who appointed it. Am I still to forget, O wicked house, your ill-gotten treasures and the short ephah, which is accursed? Shall I acquit a man with dishonest scales, with a bag of false weights? Her rich men are violent; her people are liars and their tongues speak deceitfully. Therefore, I have begun to destroy you, to ruin you because of your sins. You will eat but not be satisfied; your stomach will still be empty. You will store up but save nothing, because what you save I will give to the sword. You will plant but not harvest; you will press olives but not use the oil on yourselves, you will crush grapes but not drink the wine. You have observed the statutes of Omri and all the practices of Ahab's house, and you have followed their traditions. Therefore I will give you over to ruin and your people to derision; you will bear the scorn of the nations. "

It is because the lord loves us so much that he punished those who do wrong. When we forget to pray, become stubborn, foolish, greedy, and impatient eventually the lord will address it to you because he loves you. I am grateful that this message came to mind, it gives me a purpose for living a strong sprit in God and his boundaries make me feel safe, grateful, and happy.

Twyla - Fresno, CA - My heart is heavy and troubled. I have heard throughout the weekend warning of a world change that is about to occur. I feel that there will be a physical change to our world but along with that change will a spiritual blackness is coming upon the earth it will become void without the presence of God around it. Any of us that have been under great trials with our loved ones and family are facing a great spiritual testing to see the condition of our spiritual man. The devil is using past and present resentment as a noose around the spiritual man neck choking our spirit. We must put down the dry dead sinful man. We are being torn away from out spiritual foundation when we pick up those dead spiritual bones.

Joshua 24:15 “...And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Making the commitment to serve the lord could be our only means of spiritual survival.

To protect us from the darkness coming upon the world . Our very salvation is on the line Lord give us more wisdom and faithfulness to your truth, to set us free.

Jackie – North Carolina - During my prayer time, it seemed as though I felt the Lord's pain about our country. I began to weep as He spoke to my spirit: “If you speak for me, I will put the words in your mouth that will touch hearts and change minds.  My Spirit will convict those who are against life. Some hearts will be changed and their souls will be saved. Do not be afraid to speak up.  You may lose friends, but you will also lead souls back to me and that is most important. In this year of Faith, I want to see faith in Me restored, so that My blessings will once again fall upon America in a powerful way.”

Pattie – North Carolina - My brief time on Sunday night (10 pm) was thanksgiving and praise.

Liz - Scranton, PA - I saw large cupped hands before me. “See my hands are full. They are full for you. You only need to ask and all will be given to you. When you ask, I will empower you with great love. You shall speak my words. You shall cure those who come for healing. You shall prophesy. You shall release those in bondage. You shall know the power of your God. You shall know love when you stand in the gap for others. You shall know mercy when you suffer for my sake. I will call you not servant but friend.”

Jackie – Garrison NY - This is my message from the Lord:    Be patient with others.  When the fruits of the Spirit are evident in your life, you will draw all men to God.

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, we lift these words to you. All that is from your heart, let them take root and produce much fruit. That which is simply from us, let it be washed away in your love. Please continue to release a powerful gift of discernment, that we will hear you and separate out that which is from our own thinking. Give us courage to come to you, listen, and respond. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and serve the international body of Christ. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

Power Tongues notes 8/5/2012

Why do we participate in Power Tongues International? I have invited members to share why they are a part of the team. Each month we will include different responses to that question.

The following is from July in Venezuela: “My purpose in doing PTI: To be in prayer with brothers and sisters worldwide using the Holy Spirit gifts in order to do the will of God for the good of the church; for helping the people of God who are living difficult lives; and to increase the anointing of Holy Spirit that permits me to be useful in the communities where I am invited to preach. Through these prayers groups, there are many doors that began to open for the good of evangelization. Also, I have begun to experience more freedom and a holy joy, more love of our Lord. It is like I am flying in the Holy Spirit wings. For me it is an exciting experience. God is touching us in a very special way; our hearts and minds are expanded in new levels of love and knowledge of the Lord Jesus. Our heartbeats are conforming to the Lord’s heart beating. The Lord is working in a very deep way inside of us, and also is working very powerfully through us. He is releasing all blockages that stop us for working in His kingdom. The enemy is very afraid of us because of what the Lord is providing through us. Glory to God now and forever.”


Home group responses:

Linda S – Lord was giving us shield of protection stronger than anything I’ve ever seen-- emotionally spiritually, physically, in our relationships. He said, “protect my people, trust me to take care of you.”


Frank - Surge going through my hands, going into palms – while under this anointing, I pray for everyone with arthritis, blood flowing problems, dexterity, carpal tunnel, any other hand injuries.


Bob M – fortitude, need to practice virtue of fortitude


Linda M – “Look around you I have placed you in places to inform you.” He is asking us to wake up, look around, see what‘s happening in the U.S. The Lord has put us in certain places. We need to talk to Him about it. The Lord says, “I will give you all you need to overcome the evil you will see. Just ask me how I want you to pray. Pay no attention to worldly wisdom. Ask for my wisdom, lean on my wisdom, tell me you can do nothing on your own and I will do great things through you.” Because we have humbled ourselves, he is going to give us the gifts.


Barbara – confirm practically everything Linda M. said – Lord is giving us wisdom, like popcorn, he is popping us into place, he is giving us wisdom to know our gifts and where we’re to use them.


Theresa – Saw His heart, felt my fingers moving as though reading braille on His heart. He’s saying “Come to me because I am humble of heart. Be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray” (1Peter4:7). As we read His heart, we are connected with his heart, seemed like his heart was small, pressing through, as though going through the curtain, then his heart was huge, big and full, of all the things He wants us to pray for.

Jaime – “You can’t hear my word, but feel my word, touch my heart.” Just kept saying holy, holy and this stands for His Only Love for You (HOLY).” We are His only love, and we need to know this especially in times of tribulation, when we feel abandoned.


Celine - All over the world, saw violent scenes in different parts of the country and the world. Saw spiritual eyes, saw pastel colors instead of black and grey, lot of pink and yellow. This represented the virtues. The antithesis of violence is love, gentle, kindness. Colors were blended yet still defined. Saw fire of total destruction, then heard the word ‘community.’ This is where we help people.


Rod – Obedience, perseverance, endurance. Led to look into scripture of wall of Jericho, Joshua’s obedience to angel that stood before him and told him it was holy ground and what to do – to carry the presence of God around the wall. Not to shout until told to. We need to continue to carry his presence and worship, to be obedient. When you feel exuberant in the Lord, don’t be afraid to shout.


Adrienne – Out of the circle came a column of fire and water, like divine mercy, but fire and water instead of blood and water. The fire and trials he is sending are to purify and cleanse, to bring a new time. Water is water of Holy Spirit, refreshing, baptism, Holy Spirit being poured out through this time that we are living in. When tongues quieted down, then surged again, I saw a map of the Middle East, with a sense of God wanting us to pray for children, for protection of children.


Frank – As tongues raised back up after quieting, it was a claiming of our place, intercession. We are to rebuke the thoughts that say what we’re not. We are the children of God, through the acts of mercy. Saw His protection like a pitched roof over each of our heads.


Shelly – Heard word ‘purify’ over and over, and prayed for purifying spirit on each person. Then saw a beautiful, crystal clear waterfall that we each walked under, being purified by water of the Holy Spirit.


Rod – Our prayer in this group forces the enemy to scatter. The demons can’t stand together as we pray.


Rosina – Mother Mary says, ‘You are tired, you feel down, feel done with life. I went through more than this, and I am here for you. If you come to me, come to my Son, you feel young again, you can feel my love, feel joy.”

Cynthia, Houston, TX - It’s about the heart. It is in My Heart, Your Heart, The Heart, where we shall converse. Examine your heart, your inner self. What harbors there? Pray that your heart may be purified, so that one may glorify the Lord's name in peace and true love. Pray for the gift of understanding that there is ONE GOD, repent and return to the Lord. 1 Samuel 16:7 Do not judge from his appearance or from his lofty statue because I have rejected him, not as men sees does God see, because man sees the appearance, but the Lord looks into the HEART. Ezekiel 36:25. I will sprinkle clean water upon you to cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols I will cleanse you. I will give you a "NEW HEART" and place a "new spirit" within you, taking from your bodies your stony hearts and giving you "natural HEARTS" - I WILL PUT MY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU.


Heart of Jesus Prayer Community, Glendale CA


Angeles, Glendale CA - Saw feet walking in flood. Water up to knees, did not see the body. Also saw a woman martyred. She was being beheaded or something.


Rafael, Glendale CA - Saw myself when I was about 13 in my uncle's apartment. Then I saw a girl watching me play outside. I asked why are you watching me? Later my cousin told me that she had strict relatives where she could not go out. I was also shown the sins of my youth. I asked for forgiveness.


Nerio, Glendale CA - Help, I am too old. I kept climbing. I ask myself, What would the Lord want me to do?

Evelyn, Glendale CA - I saw Jesus and Mary, the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart across a wooden bridge. The bridge is sloped. I heard "I have always loved you long before you were created. In all that happens, I will be with you. You are my beloved and I am waiting for you.


Zenny, Glendale CA - I was reaching for something from someone. I actually extended my hand but I am uncertain as to what I was reaching for and from whom.


Donna, Glendale CA - I saw a wooden fence, the same one from a few months ago. Beyond the fence was a field and water, like an ocean, far away were dark clouds, like a storm. Saw a person on a horse trying to jump the fence and gets thrown off but sat up later. I heard, be patient, don't hurry. Do not fear the one who can take your physical life but the one who can kill the spirit.


Paul, Florida - This picture came to me: I was walking on a path. There were other pedestrians and we were all going in the same direction. Some stopped to sit in the nice grassy places and others looked like they were laboring along or moving particularly slowly. Every so often there was a fork in the path and there was always a large crowd at those spots. I guess they were trying to decide which branch of the fork to take. I didn't seem to pause, but moved ahead and at each fork the same thing happened. As I came out of the vision there was still no end of the path and there was still no one coming back in the opposite direction....It was very peaceful for me but it was not the case for all on the "journey". Two thoughts came at this point. First, I hope this vision occurs again, so I can see with my spiritual eyes what was happening and maybe I could be of assistance to someone. The second was a reminder of Deacon Eddie Ensley, a native American with a strong ministry regarding dreams and visions, telling us during a parish mission that the Holy Spirit blankets us all when He delivers a message. We can all receive it if we are"listening".

Jackie – North Carolina - During my power prayer and listening time with the Lord, I sensed the Lord saying that He is doing something new. He wants us to be aware of this and prepare for this by spending more time in prayer. He is calling us back to our first love from the early days of the Renewal. To some extent we have gotten so busy doing His work that we have lost that close relationship with Him. He is calling us back to that time as He prepares us for what is to come. So, let us seek the Lord with all of our hearts, not just once a month but every day. Let us spend time praying in the Spirit, listening and learning about what is coming soon. If we don't, we may miss His visitation.

Fresno CA community


Ciria - Fresno- Our prayer here in Fresno was blessed. The strongest message was one for repentance and acknowledgment of the Lords tender mercies. The anger may rage silently, but clearly says we need to trust the Lord with our lives. The Lord spoke to all of us in this regard. Our group has undergone great trial these past 30days. It is by the trying of our faith, that we become strong and persevere (James 1:3).

Isaiah 59:1-14: Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull, That it cannot hear.

James 1:19-20: [This] you know, my beloved brethren. But let everyone be quick to hear, slow to speak [and] slow to anger for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God.

Galatians 2:20: I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5: "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5 We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ..."

Ephesians 4:31: "Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.
And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you."

David - Fresno - Luke 18:1 “And he spake also a parable unto them to this end, that they ought always to pray and not to wax faint. I Thess 5:17 Pray continually. Do you pray? As a child of God like a child with a parent it should be continuous conversation.

Twyla - Fresno - I prayed to continue to work on the condition of my heart. I thanked the Lord for the forgiveness of my sins I have committed in my life. I thanked the Lord for the spirit of renewal he has blessed me with a few months ago. That all my short comings are under his grace and mercy. I am truly forgiven and his beloved daughter. I asked the Lord for his continued assistance in my life. So I can become who he truly wants me to be. I still have a strong feeling that a trial is still heading my way in my life. And I have been grieving a loss. I’m not sure what kind of loss it will be-- physical, relationship, emotional, or Spiritual. But, I’m allowing the Lord to prepare me and continue to turn to him even concerning the unknown. So I can face anything and be strong and righteous before the Lord and do what is right.

Maya – Fresno - I admit I have felt angry. Tonight I asked the Lord if there is a wiser way to harness my anger and frustration because there will not always be water balloons to throw in the air. After I prayed and received an answer I felt strong and wiser. The Lord comforted me and acknowledged my mistakes and confessions . I am not afraid to open up my hurt towards the Lord because he has promised to his people that he’s got them and will be their friend forever. And will not judge their confessions as long as they admit they have done wrong. They try to change and lean on the lord to guide us lost sheep to safety. Thank you God for you are Love.

Melina - Fresno - Tonight I ask the lord to help me overcome my feeling of anger that slowly builds up and makes me miserable at times. I wonder if it’s because of what happened in my past. Maybe it was because of the anger and upset that occurred in my early childhood. Lord I ask you to replace my tendency to build my anger and grudges like a pressure cooker with comfort, happiness, and gratefulness. Help me see what I would gain when I am a better person deep inside. Lord, bless the inner pain and emptiness I cling to and I will work on letting it go. I will surrender it. I will forgive myself and love myself. Thank you, Lord, for each breath, hour, day, and year of my life. I now realize that you have always been with me and you have never left my soul. Cover me and fulfill my life with the blood of Yeshua and your spirit, Yahweh. You are the almighty! You are the leader of my life, my father. Help me and show me how to release the evil feeling and thoughts I follow each day. Replace this with faithful and wise knowledge from your word Lord. Thank you lord for setting me free!

James – San Lorenzo CA - I saw a vision as I prayed. I was walking in the woods heading towards a cabin. Along the way I encountered a large group of snakes. I kept on walking and reached my destination. It was a vacation cabin. It was clean and neat and very peaceful. This is the interpretation. The snakes are not a danger to me. Snake venom is a marketable product. There is an opportunity for commercial gain. I am not afraid. The cabin is a place of extreme rest. The Holy Spirit whispers, I want my people to come into a rest. There are crazy things happening in the world and the economy. In God's rest we find answers, problems solved and an abundance of Love, Joy and Peace.


Michelle – North Carolina - Follow your heart in matters of decisions. Do not be overwhelmed by council or the outward social ways of the world. Conform your ways to My word and peace and love shall follow. Open your hearts to My words and listen to the inclinations of your heart. I place them there, so it is up to you to listen and heed My words. Comfort shall come only when you follow your heart. Listen and be secure in following My word. For temptations and evil doings of the world shall try to turn you away. Although it may be hard at times, you must not conform to the ways of the world. Be strong and seek my council. Share My words, for I am here to direct your ways. Be still and know that I am God. Quiet prayer and contemplation leads to comfort, joy and rest for the weary. Seek and ye shall find the peace of my love.


Mary – Anthem, AZ - Be still and know that I am God. I re-capture your heart, and turn your gaze to me. With so much busyness, slow down. My arms encircle you with protection. I guard your gates. See Psalm 103:2 and Philippians 3:13

Power Tongues notes 7/1/2012

PTI Home Group

Linda S - The first thing that stirred in me was a sense of fear in body of Christ. Second was a vision that has come every day for past few days; the Holy Spirit as a giant lava flow. Then heard ’Don’t move out from under my protection’. I sensed he was saying, ‘In your relationship with me, as you abide in me, you’ll know what that is. ‘Then you’ll learn to sing it through with me’.

Linda M – Received he word that Lord is asking everyone to come to him personally, that he wants intimate, more profound relationship. To be at peace, he’ll protect us, trust him, come to him, receive his love. He’ll take care of all our needs.

Bob M – The word is ‘focus’. Despite all going on around the world, keep focussed on him, he is Lord of heaven and earth.

Barbara – About Linda’s lava vision – in my heart feeling the flow of lava, putting everyone into it, all the people who don’t know the Lord, then others, families, sense of all of them being swept with holy spirit, brought closer to Jesus Christ.

Theresa – The lava flow is not devouring, it’s very deep and slow. Unstoppable.

Theresa – They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength and mount up on wings like eagles (Isa 40:31). As we are praying, we’re waiting, but not passive waiting, it’s waiting on the Lord. He loves us and uses us even in our brokenness. Be honest and bring our brokenness to him, to each other, then his grace passes through us. He will use us in our own brokenness for healing. He is dethroning kings and replacing them with his choice.

John – Saw vision of rainbow, at end was very old church, people inside were very peaceful, lamb outside church, chimney was flowing warmth, church was very peaceful, everything going on outside but church was protected at end of rainbow.

Susan – As we were praying, felt desperation, darkness everywhere, deep whole or cave, could hear people praying, crying out, as we were praying could hear prayers becoming louder and louder, then suddenly there was light. God hears our deepest cries, deepest desperation; he will bring peace and light through it. Sense of calmness when saw the light, beautiful pure light.

Santiago – Saw chains, light trying to break through, saw chisel and hammer. The Lord said, ‘you put them on yourself’; saw chains being broken. Then water, people came up naked and people were there with robes. Beautiful white robes. He is bringing his people forward for battle. It’s the people who haven’t used their gifts, those that are broken.

Rod – Pray pray pray. Lot of misled people, looking for good things God will give them, what they want not what they need. They are misdirected. They think God is a punishing God when they don’t get what they want. He is calling us to continuously pray, be model for them, so they can see and ask how we maintain our relationship with God. We’re to be ‘window cleaners’. When started praying, windows were clouded, dirty, they couldn’t see through them. We are to clean the windows so they can see the grace of God clearly through them.

Betty - Praising the trinity, the gifts and attributes of each person of trinity. Heard ‘the desert is so dry but it will bloom again’ all over the world. The more they kick God out, the more the churches are empty, the dryer the desert becomes. Everything they are wrapped up in is dead wood. What will cause the blooming is the people who are clinging to God. Heard song, oh God you are my God…and I will praise you. The sanctuary is to be created by spending time in adoration, receive the Eucharist – from gospel of John – if you do not eat my flesh and drink my blood you have no life within you – we are lifeless without time in adoration and receiving Eucharist. Pray for priests and religious to do the same. That is where our joy, peace, hope, comes from. We will be an example.

Santiago – Confirm spending time before blessed sacrament for healing, purification. When John talked about the old church, I had sense of it being generational.

Shelly – Spiritual battle to take back the land. Heard the words, ‘rend your hearts’. As we prayed, the Christians came shyly out of churches, peering around corners, afraid to take a stand. But then became strong, stood for Christ and the truth of the Gospel, claimed back the land from the enemy. Became millions clothed in white. Heard the words ‘the battle lines are formed’. Christians ready to be martyred if needed, standing against the lies that have led people from God’s ways, claiming back the land for God.

Theresa – Confirm John’s word. The rainbow represents grace; I hear it so clearly.

Liz - Scranton, PA - I saw a pristine beach on which Jesus was walking toward me. He smiles and invites me to sit down for something to eat. He has a fire burning and is cooking fish. He asks me to take care of the souls he has given to me. He says “I offer you what you need to serve others.” He puts the fish in my arms, as many as I can hold. In return, I reach into the nap sack on my back and take out that which is keeping me from serving him completely and hand it to Jesus. Jesus says “Seek me in all things. Do not exclude me from this or that portion of your life. I am the God of all of your life.” Finally, I take out of my nap sack the unforgiveness of particular persons and hand it to Jesus. Acts 4:23-31.

Maura - North Carolina. Scripture Micah 4 verses 7-14. I will make of the lame a remnant and of those driven far off a strong nation; and the LORD shall be king over them on Mount Zion, from now on forever. And you, O Magdal-elder, hillock of daughter Zion! Unto you shall it come: the former dominion shall be restored, the kingdom of daughter Jerusalem. Now, why do you cry out so? Are you without a king or has your counselor perished, that you are seized with pains like a woman in travail? Writhe in pain, grow faint, O daughter Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shall you go forth from the city and dwell in the fields; To Babylon shall you go, there shall you be rescued. There shall the LORD redeem you from the hand of your enemies. How many nations are gathered against you! They say, "Let her be profaned. let our eyes see Zion's downfall!" But they know not the thoughts of the LORD, nor understand his counsel, when he has gathered them like sheaves on the threshing floor. Arise and thresh, O daughter Zion; your horn I will make iron and your hoofs bronze, that you may crush many peoples; You shall devote their spoils to the LORD, and their riches to the Lord of the whole earth. Now fence yourself in, Bat-gader! "They have laid siege against us!" With the rod they strike on the cheek the ruler of Israel.

Madeleine – London UK - After praying in tongues, I had an image of red rain pouring down. I could not make out what it was, it looked quite scary as it looked like blood. I was then led, again through an internal image, to Proverbs 11:11 which reads "Through the blessing of the upright a city is exulted, by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed" I then heard the Lord saying, "My children be sure footed when you walk out in my Name, wear the shoes of righteousness by reading My word - drink it in, let it run through your veins, so as when you give your transfusion to others in my Name, you have the knowledge that I, your God am with you, in you and through you!"

Sion - Cerritos, CA - Background was Jesus teaching in a crowd on a green grassy field, surrounded by babies one corner, young adults on another corner, where the babies were all smiles and dancing. Jesus was saying, ”I am most happy when you live your life in joy and in the spirit of thanksgiving to the blessings I have given to your lives. Be truthful in your dealings with one another, grounded by my divine teachings.” Whoever does the will of My Father is closest to gaining the keys to the gate of heaven. Be ready for the time of death will come to anyone with no warning. It is best that your hearts be as clean and soft and white as a cotton ball. Soft and ready to melt for love of your neighbor like the snow melting.


Pattie- Raleigh, NC - During my 35 minutes of prayer in tongues and song, I sensed our Lord saying, loosen your grip on the things of this world, and let it go. Then many songs of praise followed, joining with the heavenly hosts of angels and saints.

Ciria - Fresno Group – Fresno CA - Thank you for your commitment to prayer. Our group had several emergencies on Sunday, which left us praying in different places, the emergency room and at home. After an exhausting night, I was awakened at 3:00 am, and received a vision. Although our group could not pray together on Sunday night, the Lord showed up and did not forget us. Along with a vision, a word of knowledge was given. What a blessing. All the emergencies resolved and everyone is ok. I thank the Lord for his mercy and grace as he leads us through this journey of blessed prayer with you.


If we expect the Lord to use us in these last days we must give ourselves over to his will so that others will be blessed and your Father in Heaven will be glorified.


Isa 55:8-11 NKJV "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.


The Balancing Measure of Love: There are seasons when I have raised you with tough love as well as raised you with comforting love. At this point, there is a balancing scale in My hands, and I am weighing issues I have spoken about to you for years. My precious people, I love you. I want you to walk in freedom. I want you to walk in power and grace. I know how deeply your soul hurts when you realize you have made deliberate choices that take you into captivity. I love you and it hurts Me when you are hurting. Don't wallow in self pity. I don’t want you burning with shame. I don’t want you wincing in condemnation. I want you to mature and grow and I will mature the carnal child inside of you that runs from obedience and turns to the world for escape. This balance scale is weighing heavily on My heart. The hand that holds these scales of enduring love and comforting love is called Grace. I offer you My abiding grace, but I am asking you only one question. I ask you to be willing. That is all. Lift up your eyes, the scales will drop off, and you will be willing to listen to Me and obey. I will help you face your trials, but you must be willing to do your part. I will walk with you, we will walk together and face this mountain. We will walk together because we agree. I will open your bowels of compassion and cause you to walk in your first love.

Ps 119:73-77 NLT You made me; you created me. Now give me the sense to follow your commands. May all who fear you find in me a cause for joy, for I have put my hope in your word. I know, O Lord, that your decisions are fair; you disciplined me because I needed it . Now let your unfailing love comfort me, just as you promised me, your servant. Surround me with your tender mercies so I may live, for your law is my delight.


Ann - Omaha NE - My child, I am here always. Turn to me. Talk to Me. Listen to Me. Pray to Me. I will never forsake you. The world is hurting yet they do not turn to me. Pray constantly for a hurting world. Pray that they will turn to Me and turn their eyes towards heaven. Take time to converse with me daily. So many pray but do not talk to me or listen. My heart is open wide; come to Me. Our hearts are one in prayer. Peace to you, My dear one.


Prayer: Father, we lift these words to you. Let that which is from the Holy Spirit take root and produce fruit. We thank you for the opportunity to come to you, listen to you, receive from you. Father God, please invite others to join Power Tongues International, that the blessings and the power will flow from every corner of the world. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Power Tongues notes 6/3/2012

Home group

Linda S – Had a great sense of things unfolding, an unfolding of direction, of purpose. Saw fruit falling from a tree, not picked when it was ripe, dying on the ground, not being used. Saw a big pot that needed to be stirred, like when things are stuck on the bottom of a pan because it wasn’t being stirred. Needed to be stirred. The Lord said, “Step up to the plate and take your place.” strong word. Final vision was a giant broom sweeping.

Theresa – Also heard strong word. Heard the Lord say three times, “trust, trust, trust, don’t doubt.” Strong word. Saw fleshly heart beating very strong. Heard the Lord say, “Depend on my blood flow in you.”

Frank – That fleshly heart is heart of Mary beating, asking us to intercede for all denominations, for all godly people, that she might gather them under her mantle, that they might all be one in her son, participate in his blood flowing, as she did, her blood flowing through Him, nurturing, that we might have His blood. As a mother hen gathers her chicks, so will she gather her church. She will gather the stubborn, the hard of heart, with intercession, she will gather them. She is moving in strength to pull us forward in His glory, in the name of Jesus.

Bob M – The Lord is calling intercessors to intercede especially for bishops of United States because there are challenging times ahead, that they would be guided by Holy Spirit.

Rod – Saw huge fort rising up, four corners were watch towers, Lord was pouring out graces and mercies on the four corners – Isaiah 63:7 – 9:  ^“I will tell of the kindnesses of the Lord,  the deeds for which he is to be praised, according to all the Lord has done for us—yes, the many good things he has done for Israel, according to his compassion and many kindnesses. He said, “Surely they are my people,  children who will be true to me”;  and so he became their Savior. In all their distress he too was distressed,  and the angel of his presence saved them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them;  he lifted them up and carried them  all the days of old.”

Barbara – Heard the Lord say he is raising up leaders, his people are not aware that he is raising them up. The fruits of the Spirit are not being used, confirms Linda’s word. Saying, ‘it’s time, it’s time” – use the gifts that we have been given by Him. Theresa also had the sense of urgency.

Adrienne - ‘stirring the pot’ – Linda’s word, has to do with the church and the people being stuck in a certain spot. Need to stir up the gifts.

Betty – Trinity Sunday, thanking each Person of the Trinity. Saw the frond of a fern, nothing went with it. Then saw a sink, filled with dirty dishes, needed very hot water and lots of soap to get them clean. There are lots of gifts that God wants to give us but we have so many things in our hearts and minds that need to be purified because no room for the gifts, like dead wood. Like trying to pour the new gifts, new things he wants to give us into old wine skins. In a plant, the old, dead wood, takes away the nutrients from the plant needed for the new growth to flourish. Also the old wood is where the termites, earwigs, etc flourish. It can be in many ways, our attitudes, our sinfulness, false humility, thinking we are not leaders, whatever, need to cut off dead wood in our lives. Need to be near rivers of life, where the ferns are, where we can be in the quiet in communion with the Holy Spirit, then we’ll be like the plants that bear fruit in all seasons and the fruit will be used.

Linda M – Confirm every word Betty said. Linda M. was in intercession for all these things, for the whole body of Christ, interceding for exactly what Betty said.

Shelly – Experienced God’s Glory, saw His glory coming over the mountains, heard Him saying to honor Him, to give Him the glory, to rest in Him. Prayed for each person in group, his sweet mercy fell on each person, personal to each one. Then I recalled the iceberg that a tourist recently caught on video as it turned over in the ocean. The Lord said, “To Me, rolling this iceberg is like you rolling an ice cube in a glass. All creation is in my hand. I am in control of it all. People need simply to rest in me, to trust in me.” Then I felt a peace, a joy, enter my spirit as I sang praises to Him. I didn’t want us to be finished yet. It was so peaceful, so restful.

Celine – Experiencing his glory so we can bring glory to Him, unifying. Our goal is to glorify Him, to be with Him, many ways to express it, but it’s all the same goal.

Adrienne – Saw huge volcano, it was grey, not erupting, totally silent. Then saw map, more volcanoes, in different nations all over the world. Didn’t know what it meant. Wasn’t ring of fire. As we prayed they were erupting in some places but not in others. Allowed to look inside of one of them , saw the magma boiling. Then got the word ‘moral relativism’.

Heart of Jesus Prayer Community, Glendale CA

Zenny - What I saw was a beach, on the sides are coconut trees with leaves gently swaying to the gentle breeze, white sand, water was calm and clear, with gentle waves, and I heard - “I bring calmness,” and “trust me.”

Donna - I had a similar thing. I don’t know if I was in the water or not but what I saw was water, at a vast horizon, the water was like tropical water, real calm and I got a sense that it was okay. I did not hear the words but I sensed that the Lord said “Do not be afraid.” Then all of a sudden there was a ladder like that at the side of a pool. I don’t know if it was water from a pool or ocean but there was this ladder. Then I sensed that I was not in the water anymore. Towards the end I heard a tune in my head that I have heard before but could not think of the words of the song. Then I sensed the Lord took a towel and wrapped it around me, from the back. I did not see Him, you know like when you were a kid and your mom wraps a towel around you. Then I smelled incense. I was not sure if it is because of the presence of the Lord or someone is burning incense but then no one is burning incense.

Barbie - Mine is also water but at the end I saw a bright light, at first small and then it grew bigger like the blinking of a lighthouse in the middle of the sea. Before that what came to mind was to pray, and then  I heard in Donna’s tongue, reconcile, reconcile, reconcile.

Rolando - I confirm that. She was saying forgiveness and reconciliation. The words were totally clear --forgiveness and reconciliation. I also saw Jesus with Mother Mary. (To Donna: while you were praying in tongues I was wondering why you kept saying “reconciliation and forgiveness” which confirms what Barbie said about reconcile.)

Angeles - While Raffy was praying in tongues there were three words that he kept repeating but I can’t remember what they are.

Evelyn - I saw three crosses. The one in the middle was big and two on the side, but it was not wood, it was light. And then I saw a little boy sitting on the bench and he was watching the river, not an ocean. He was looking, just sitting there watching the water flow and Jesus was on his right side, bending over talking to him and then the next thing I saw was Jesus sitting with him and they were both looking at the water. No words.

Ann Mauritia - THE L.I.F.E. CENTRE - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - I received the following scripture during my time of prayer: Zephaniah 3:9 (AMP) “ For then [changing their impure language] I will give to the people a clear and pure speech from pure lips, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve Him with one unanimous consent and one united shoulder [bearing the yoke of the Lord].”

Paul – Florida - This word came to me....I am not at all pleased with My people...My prophets are  speaking, but My words fall on ears that cannot hear.... the remnants must increase             their vigils and seek for My Mercy on those who do not know Me.Those who are             lukewarm, and those who fear the power of My Holy Spirit....Do this with much  love, for they are losing their way and I desire that all My people be saved....Blessed are they who hear the word and it takes root and grows.

Ann – Omaha - My child, all is well. Trust in Me. Empty yourself of all that fills your mind and surrender it to me. Rest in My Spirit and know that I take it all and return love and wholeness and healing to all your wounds and brokenness. Fear not. Trust in Me. Grow in Me. Believe in Me. Pray for a world grown cold and removed from Me. Pray for conversion of hearts. Your time with me in prayer brings healing to a hurting world. Be gentle of heart. Love is the key. Love as I love. Be of peace, my child.

July - Caracas, Venezuela - I was in some place in heaven; close to me there were two desk tables. Also there was an open door, and from this open door appeared a huge angel, which was the angel of Yahvé. He encountered me, looked for a while into my eyes and then began to massage all my body. This action was like when we make bread. At last, appeared into my skin little seeds of golden wheat. Then, another angel showed up. He never talked to me, but he said to the angel of Yavhve, she needs more, because the wheat still it is not enough. 

Psalm 92:10-15: You give me the strength of the wild ox, you anoint me with fresh oil; I caught sight of the am bush against me, overheard the plans of the wicked. The upright will flourish like the palm tree, will grow like a cedar of Lebanon. Planted in the house of Yahweh, they will flourish in the courts of our God. In old age they will still bear fruit, will remain fresh and green, to proclaim Yahweh’s integrity; my rock, in whom no fault can be found.” What I understand is that the Lord is giving us an special anointing, so we can give  holy spirit fruits. Also is an invitation to encounter God in a deeper way.

 Dear PTI Family, It is our prayer that this response finds you blessed and well in Christ. Thank you for the life of Christ in you Linda. We had a beautiful prayer together. It always amazes me when our family has breakthroughs when we pray together with all of you. Thank You for inviting us to pray with PTI, this has been the greatest blessings to us. Ciria - Fresno - I saw sheep running toward a large rock to hide themselves. The ground was crumbling underneath their feet. The rock grew taller and soon there were multitudes hiding in the shadow of it. The rock had grown into a great tower and light shown from the tower. The lights look like laser beams and began to cut through the darkness, like a large dark heart, it cut like a knife and the heart was laid open as if a surgeon had cut through the heart. The heart was so separated that the soul can no longer be reattached to it. The Spirit is inviting us to follow him on the journey to the purity of heart. The Lord is calling us away from the disturbances, the noise, and agitation of the world. A darkened heart is a seedbed of judgments, condemnation, and fear. We must renounce the superficial and from your bodies and give you a heart of flesh instead. I shall put my spirit in you, and make you keep my laws and respect and practice my judgments. In order to enter the repose of God, we must first pass through the trial which will transform us from within attend to the deep movements within our hearts. Ezekiel 36:25-27: “I will pour clean water over you and you will be cleansed. I will cleanse you of all your filth and of all your foul idols. I will give you a new heart, and put a new spirit within you. I shall remove the heart of stone.” The heart will be fragile, and feeling and vulnerable; do not harden your heart against the Lord, lest it becomes a stone wallowing in the world and its own dark emotions, until it turns on itself. Keep the heart clear and transparent so that Gods light will shine through it.

Ron - Fresno - Psalms 6 and 7.

Melina - Fresno - I saw the security from the Lord and his angels all around my house and all around me. There’s one angel that really stood out to me…he had really tall wings just above the front door of our house. His left hand reached across the top of the door. He was blessing and securing our house from evil spirits. I felt happy, accepted, and grateful for how much the Lord has forgiven me for breaking his commandments, even if I don’t know it. Next, I prayed for my grandma. I asked the Lord to relieve the pain that comes. I thank the Lord for my family. I promised him my whole heart and soul because he deserves it. He gives me a comfortable life everyday; he provides a loving family and great opportunities with no end.

Dave – Fresno - Hebrews: 8: 1-4 : I have a higher priest than any earthly priest, preacher or prophet or evangelist. My priest sits at the right hand of the Most High and the sin of the earthly priests is brought into the light. For they live in earthly sanctuaries and Christ lives in the heavens. Christ is the tabernacle, the priest, the sacrifice. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit and the new covenant given by Christ lives in me. Christ teaches us that our bodies are the temple of God and to bring them as a living sacrifice as he exemplified to us. He is the High Priest of our temple and the sacrifice. These things are all done in and through him.

Maya - Fresno - I first received the scripture Kings 19:26. Then I had a vision. There was a platform of thin white plastic. It was floating in space and it was attached to an iron frame hanging a black curtain. Behind the curtain was what looked like the sun. (The Lord is like the Sun) He is illuminated. There were people on the white platform, and they looked lost. Then I had another vision: there was a large black mass and I’m guessing that was God. There was a smaller mass next to it. There were bars connecting the two masses that were connecting in very few places. Then I thought the interpretation the few connections’ from the world to God. Then at the same moment I heard in prayer “Not to this world.” Then I was given the book of Job. After this I heard my grandmother pray, “The world is falling apart.” I thought yes, it is. I asked the Lord am I going to Heaven? I heard the warning call from him and said a simple answer yes. After prayer, My hand felt better from the wasp stings earlier.

Bryanna - Fresno - During prayer I kept saying “ lead us not into temptation” over and over again. Then the following scripture came to mind: Romans 8:26-28- Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us
with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the
Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. I felt like the Lord was making the definition of the word temptation more clear saying that temptation is a broader term than what we traditionally think it to be. Besides being tempted with sin in general, we are also tempted by ANYTHING that leads us away from God’s plan for our lives. One temptation may be for one person but not for another. The thing that makes this possible is that we are no longer under the law, but grace.

Ciria, confirmed Bryanna’s - Recalled story of Cain and able, Genesis 4:7,  ^"If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it. ”

Bryanna confirmed Twyla’s Romans 12:1-3, Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mid. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is —his good, pleasing and perfect will. . For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.

Twyla - Fresno - I was walking upward on a white lime stone altar. When I looked upward I could see a large amount of stairs with saints walking towards the top of the altar. When the saints reached the top fire would fall out of the sky and consume the top of the altar. When I reached the top of the altar I was told “You are here because of your trials and now it is time to be fireproofed.” “I am the Christ that has delivered you to this place. Now go through the fire.” As I step out the fire rained down over a great power that drew me out of the fire, and my deliverer was there on the other side to lead me. Saints we must not fear the trials or the fire. Let us face them with a righteous heart and Joy. For our deliverance is always near. Psalms Chapter 34: 4-5 " I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. 

Sherraline – India - An image of pest control people spraying the outside of a house. As they sprayed, termites started coming out of the woodwork. As I looked closer, I realized the pest control people were the faithful among the clergy, and the smoke they were spraying was coming out of their censers (incense burners). It spoke to me of a lot of false prophets in the Church being exposed. Initially, there will be much pain, as people realize how their trust was betrayed. Many will leave, but though a thousand fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, near you it shall not come. You need simply watch; the punishment of the wicked you will see (cf P. 91: 7-8). I felt a great need to pray for the faithful among the clergy, that their courage may not waver, because God will cleanse His temple through His princes and priest sons. A Child is born to us, a son is given us; upon his shoulder dominion rests (Is. 9:5). June is the month of the Sacred Heart. Pray for the clergy! I have been suffering from a very painful right shoulder injury for three months now, and I believe it is intercession for a particular Archbishop, that his right arm will be strengthened to move decisively to remove the false prophets in his archdiocese before the cancer spreads to kill the whole Body there. I also felt a great need to pray for those who have experienced the pain of betrayal from within the Church, that they will remain faithful as they come to realize that apparent defeat is in fact a victory. Praised be the Lord, I exclaim! I have been delivered from my enemies. They attacked me on a day of distress, but the Lord came to my support. He set me free in the open; he rescued me because he loved me (Ps. 18: 4,19-20).

Liz - Scranton, PA - I see the earth as very dark. Fires are burning here and there where one of us is praying. The individual fires begin to connect and glow brighter and move out to the heavens. I heard, “Tonight I empower my people with strength for the coming battle and trials. Be at peace, you are my gift from the Father and I will never leave you. My chosen ones, I love you. The earth glows with your prayers. My heart delights in you. Acknowledge me before men and I will acknowledge you before my Father. I am the Christ. Walk in my way and you will live always with me.” See 1Cor 1:4-9 and Psalm 25.

Prayer: Father God, we lift these words to you. The words that were from the Holy Spirit, let them take root and produce much fruit. Anything else, let it be forgotten. Thank You, Lord, for continuing to help us grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
