Power Tongues notes from 5/1/11
Dear friends around the world,
We have a growing group of Christian friends (Catholic and various denominations) from many countries joining us on the first Sunday of every month, from their own location, at the same time, praying in the Holy Spirit, listening to the Lord, and recording what they hear. Then sending it to me (Linda Schubert) to assemble and present to you. We are learning, we are practicing, and we are getting better at listening as we faithfully seek the Lord. Probably never perfect but ever improving as we humbly come to Him to learn. We are sharing with you the words that we hear, the images that we see as we pray. In such times as this, when the world is in such turmoil, we need to grow in our ability to hear the Lord in our daily lives. One thing that helps is to simply ask him questions. “Lord, what do you want me to do about this situation?” Then listen quietly. Or even from a very practical standpoint of deep financial need, “Lord, how can I make more money to support my family?” Then listen. It is wonderful how He stands ready to help us in big things and little, spiritual and secular. So we offer the May 1 listening words to you now. When a word touches you, stop and take it back to the Lord and ask Him what He wants you to learn from that. Let’s begin with prayer:
Heavenly Father, Thank you for this tremendous privilege and gift of praying in union with each other and of hearing your Word. You have been hope for people through all generations. You have changed hearts and minds, and even the earth's terrain to yield its fruit and its beauty that is pleasing to us. We ask you to take our prayers and create something new for your people so that you are glorified over all the earth.
Through these visions and words let your healing go forth to all people. By your Holy Spirit renew the heart of your people. Strengthen your Church here on earth. We stand together with our hearts linked in your Spirit, and we proclaim "Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven". Cleanse us in your Son's precious Blood, cut off all unholy bonds between us, and let only your love and peace remain. In Jesus' Name we pray, Amen
Home Group – Sunnyvale CA
LINDA S – heard in understanding “fierce battle” asked for clarification – fierce battle for attention of God’s people. His beloved people are preoccupied with other stuff, He has so many things He wants to help us with – It is as if He is saying, "Expand your understanding of my ways and how much I want to help you."
BARBARA – Invite Blessed John Paul, asked him to join us. Found herself fishing, John Paul came, Lord told her “You’re fishing for lukewarm souls” – wasn’t getting any, going through list of family, friends, but not getting any. Then John Paul came and held his hands over hers and they kept coming, and leading them to the fire with the Lord, then saw all of us leading our lukewarm family and friends to the Lord.
BOB M – “do not be afraid” – John Paul said that a lot
SHELLY – confirm Linda’s word – began by praying to clear clutter out of our lives so we could get to root of what God wanted us to pray for.
THERESA –Saw herself go to ceiling to listen, like you were listening to the people above you – heard word cacophony, lots of noise, saw ribbons come down, waving, bridging heaven with earth, nailed bottom of ribbons to ground so not flailing, then people going up ribbons, then saw ground below was barren. We were escorting them up, and we began to pray for earth, it became green and lush, then they came back down to earth, then we all began praising God together. Cooperation with Lord, He does His part, we do ours, working together with the Lord.
LINDA M - tremendous battle going on – tremendous inner healing because He loves us so much, He wants us to unite our hearts with His, we are His children and He loves us. “You are My beloved children.”
CELINE – Form all His human creatures, gave the love to the trinity – the trinity wants love, we have a mission. Saw beforehand a road, but it was a road dug by a tractor going through a field toward a mountain, didn’t see any creatures, just the road. “It’s a new way and I want you to trust Me” – He wants trust and for us to totally surrender to Him. Our closeness to Him depends on our abandonment to Him – He wants full abandonment from this group – He wants us to totally abandon ourselves to Him, whatever it takes, one hour, 3 hours, whatever.
ROD – Prayed about not holding on to old ideas – saw people spread out, with shovel, opening or grave on one side, people digging on one side and putting dirt into hole. The work of digging was revealing new ideas and burying old ideas.
ADRIENNE - Heard song “mercy is falling” – world was very dark, we were holding hands together, all PTI members, saw door, rusty, shut, lights coming down from heaven – mercy of God – wasn’t penetrating – needed to pray for mercy to penetrate, door was still closed. Saw symbols, one swastika, one moon like battle, - God wanted our hearts to be open so His love could penetrate. – John Paul is asking us to abandon ourselves completely to God – confirm Celine’s word “open wide the doors to Christ.”
MARY ELLEN – always begin praying in tongues by asking God, what do You want me to pray for that You want to answer – received just one word tonight, “Abba.”
FRANK – God’s time is completely outside of our thinking – seeds He planted 30+ years ago stay fresh and in His time He waters them and brings them to life. Need to separate prophets from false prophets, discern what is from Him, what isn’t – teach us Lord.
SHELLY – laser beam – individual beams joined together toward specific goal that God was working on. Don’t know what it was, but it was a specific work that God was doing through our prayers coming together.
COLLEEN - The first thing I saw was a huge dark cloud in a dim sky, a cloud that looked like a cresting wave coming over the land.......I saw a parched field in the middle of nowhere. On the right was a well, which was unused and dry as a bone. People were sitting at that well, hoping for water. A donkey came, riderless, also thirsting for water. He stood at the well with his head hanging down. Then came sheep, then dogs and birds of the air, all were exhausted and thirsting.
Then the light went out and it was night. I saw the stars revolving in the heavens and from the heavens, mist fell from the sky over the land but the people were sleeping and did not see it. By morning, the mist had burned off and they woke, thirsting again. Day after day they waited by the empty well, missing the drenching mist of the night, only to wake too late to collect it.
Finally, they were so thirsty with the sun blazing in the sky that they cried out in misery. The pain was so great that they could not sleep anymore. That night the mist fell and they all saw it and were able to collect it. They gave thanks. Each night the mist increased until the sand ran with veins of water that poured finally into the well to fill it to brimming. They praised God and gave thanks. Finally, a figure was seen on the ridge of a hill, coming on a road, riding the colt of the donkey. It was Jesus. He came to them and stood among them and said: “Why are you in the desert? You are seeking Me in the wrong place. I have come to give you life, abundant life, with pasture and plenty but you are choosing thorns and seeking the empty breast of the world. You have forgotten where life comes from. I have come to give you life eternal. Trust in Me. Cling to Me. Find Me and follow Me. Find Me where I am…in the Holy of Holies, in the beggar, the forsaken, the prisoner, the orphan. Leave your dead pleasures, the empty well, Follow Me, sup with Me, abide with Me. Do justice not hypocrisy- Do mercy, not judgment. Come down from your throne and serve the poor in spirit. Be as I AM. Be love. Feed My sheep. I saw petals falling off a flower. I heard the words: “No water! No water! Without the seed there is no root, without the root, there is no flower, without the flower, there is no fruit! Be as I AM, the fruitful vine. Leave the dead to bury the dead. I will give you living water and you will not thirst.” May all be one, in Me as leaves on a bough from the vine. Jesus pointed at the stars and the sun and the moon. He said: “ I AM the light of the world. The people that have walked in darkness have seen a great light!”
“You will not need the sun or the moon since the ‘world’ will be lit by the radiant glory of God.”
Then I saw and heard this:
"Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,: ...I saw the holy city and the new Jerusalem....coming down from God out of heaven as beautiful as a bride all dressed for her husband...Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, "You see this city? Here God lives among men. He will make His home among them. They shall be His people, and He will be their God; His name is "God-with-them" He will wipe away all tears from their eyes and no more mourning or sadness. The world of the past is gone. Then the one sitting on the throne spoke: "Now I am making the whole of creation new. "Write this...what I am saying is sure and will come to pass. And then He said: "It is already done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give water from the well of life, free to anybody who is thirsty. It is the rightful inheritance of the one who proves victorious. I will be their God and he a son to me."
(I found this passage later in: Rev. 21; 23) and also Revelation 21: 1-8 and 22: 17 :“The spirit and the bride says,’Come’. Let all who are thirsty come: all who want it may have the water of life, and have it for free”.
Colossians 3 : 1 -4
"Since you have been brought back to true life with Christ, you must look for the things that are in heaven, where Christ is, sitting at God's right hand, Let your thoughts be on heavenly things, not on the things that are on the earth. because you have died and now the life you have is hidden with Christ in God. ........

Then these excerpts of words of Jeremiah 3 : 1-22 "You have found pardon in the wilderness"......" I have loved you with an everlasting love, so I am constant in my affection for you." "I build you once more; you shall be rebuilt, virgin of Israel". .......You left in tears, " I will comfort them as I lead you back; I will guide you to streams of water, by a smooth path where you will not stumble. " For I am a father to Israel ...Ephraim is my first born son. .......For I refresh the wearied soul and satisfy every sorrowing soul, and hence: I awoke and was refreshed, and my sleep was peaceful.”
'For Yahweh is creating something new on earth; .......The Woman sets out to find her Husband again."
I saw the Lord then, take the hand of a little child and they walked off on the same road that he came from. The people however, waited behind, still clinging to the well which was once more empty. I heard the Lord say as He went: “The empty well is an empty tomb. You will not find Me there.”

LUCY - Maryland - While I was praying for peace, I heard "My peace be with you", and at that moment I felt serenity all around, inwardly and outwardly.
JACKIE – North Carolina - I felt the Lord was saying that we should never be afraid to speak the truth, That the truth sets free. We should be who we are called to be, prophets in our church. Even in the church today and in charismatic renewal, as well, people seem to want to be accepted by society. Instead of changing society, we begin to allow society to change us. We lose sight of who we are called to be.
FRAN – New York - I saw flat land, but it was caving in. The land was sandy and it was caving in. It reminded me of the scripture that we must build our “house” on a sure foundation which is Christ or else we build on sand. I believe the Lord is saying that everything that is built on sand and not on Christ is caving in and crumbling in these last days.
FRANCES – Scotland - Matthew 9.37 - Then he said to his disciples"The harvest is rich but the laborers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send out labouers to his harvest" Ecclesiasticus Ch 2, particularly v4-5 - Whatever happens to you, accept it, and in the uncertainties of your humble state , be patient, since gold is tested in the fire, and the chosen in the furnace of humiliation.
JIM – Scotland - "I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light." Acts 26 part 17 and 18.
Tom - Saw us as being present as a group at the feeding of the 4000 (second miracle of the loaves). Jesus leads us through the crowd to where the seven baskets of leftover bread & fish are. He says to us ‘This is my bread for your generation, for your children and your children’s children – take it to them – feed them in My Name.’
Luke 10:1-3 – “After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them out ahead of Him, in pairs, to all the towns and places He himself was to visit. He said to them ‘The harvest is rich but the laborers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send laborers to his harvest’.”
Malachi 1:13-21 - You say harsh things about me, says Yaweh. You ask ‘What have we said against you?’ You say ‘It is useless to serve God; what is the good of keeping his commands or of walking mournfully before Yaweh Sabaoth? Now we have reached the point when we call the arrogant blessed; yes they prosper, these evil doers; they try God’s patience and yet go free’ This is what those who fear Yaweh used to say to one another. But Yaweh took note and heard them; a book of remembrance was written in his presence recording those who fear him and take refuge in his name. ‘On the day which I am preparing,’ says Yaweh Sabaoth,’they are going to be my own special possession. I will make allowances for them as a man makes for the son who obeys him. Then once again you will see the difference between an upright man and a wicked one, between the one who serves God and the one who does not serve him. For the day is coming now, burning like a furnace, and all the arrogant and evil-doers will be like stubble. The day that is coming is going to burn them up, says Yaweh Sabaoth, leaving them neither rootnor stalk. But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness will shine out with healing in its rays; you will leap like calves going out to pasture. You will trample on the wicked who will be like ashes under your feet on the day I am preparing says Yaweh Sabaoth.
MARIE- Scotland - The tide is coming in. Do not hold back your love, lest you be lost (the time to love is now).
HELEN – Scotland - Judith 16:13-16 –“I will sing a new song to my God. Lord you are great you are glorious, wonderfully strong, unconquerable. May your whole creation serve you! For you spoke and things came into being, You sent your breath and they were put together, and no one can resist your voice. Should mountains topple to mingle with the waves. Should rocks melt like wax before your face, to those who fear you, You would still be merciful. A little thing indeed is a sweetly smelling sacrifice, still less the fat burned for you in holocaust; but whoever fears the Lord is great forever”
Isaiah 43:10-13 – “You yourselves are my witnesses – it is Yaweh who speaks –My servants whom I have chosen, that men may know and believe mean and understand that it is I. No god was formed before me, nor will be after me. I, I am Yaweh, there is no other saviour but me. It is I who have spoken, have saved, have made the proclamation not any strangers among you. You are my witnesses – it is Yaweh who speaks –and I am your God, I am He from eternity. No one can deliver from My hand, I act and no one can reverse it.”

HELEN - My dear children, you are gathered here once more, you are all under My wing, I have told you so. I am taking you all forward, there is much work to be done, your praise is reaching Me in the highest heavens, and I ask you to keep going forward, please stay with Me, be with Me; I am always there waiting for willing hands... all the workers.. there is much work to be done and the harvest is great but the laborers are few.... Oh, My children, listen to Me, come with Me, take My hand and I will lead you to that place, and you will never look back because you are going to be My workers in My place, in My land, because I am your Lord your God and your King.... so come to Me now My children, the time is now, the fruit is ripe.
JIM - Picture of something like a military style medical tent, and people being brought in on stretchers and others there praying with them as they arrived.
PAT - A picture... as we were praying, it was as though the sky had opened and saw a great light, (I took it that was heaven) and there were big beams of light coming down to the Earth, and there was something tumbling down the beams, I couldn't quite make out what it was, it reminded me of manna, and it was lying around... there was a group of people there (who I took to be us) and we were picking up this manna, some of us had big baskets and some little baskets.. Some were picking it up almost reluctantly, as though they didn't want to be greedy... others were filling up their baskets, and I felt that Jesus was saying, "you must be hungry for these things... these charisms." and we must be greedy and not to feel we can only take a little, because He is going to keep pouring them out, and as we need them. And He said... "gather up as many as you can and be hungry for the charisms." They are not for us but so we can use them for others. I then had a picture very like Jim's.... that we were together in some place, and we were using these charisms, and people were coming to be healed and to be prayed with to be ministered to and to be taught... it was like a feeding and healing station. it was very powerful, and I felt that Jesus was saying... "this is a generation that needs miracles." And we are to ask for a gift of miracles, and if He is to be made present, we must be as He was as He walked the Earth.
CRISSY - A picture of a large crucifix on the table... and the words.....”I am with you.”
TOM - Isaiah 43 6-7
I also had a picture a couple of nights ago which was a bit fuzzy, but now more clear.... it was of a tsunami type of thing coming in, and there was lots of people on the shoreline looking at it... but it wasn't a destructive tsunami but cleansing, it came upon the people and when it receded the people had their hands in the air, and Jesus was on the water, and the people were walking out on to the water. They weren't in the water but on the water.
MARIE - In our prayer we had a word saying ..."By Myself I will rebuild the walls of Jerusalem." also Jer.30 18-21.
More partners, praying at the same time with us
MOTHER SUPERIOR – Philippines - Said that during the whole session as she prayed in tongues singing in alleluia she has a vision she saw a beautiful flowers. Flowers that she never have seen it before. She experienced peace and joy.
SR. PAT - Philippines - Heard an invitation....Come to me come to me but she does not really elaborate further.
Three other sisters have almost the same experience. They were in tears, feeling the cleansing of the Holy Spirit.
SR. GRACE – Philippines - Experienced earnestness of the pleading in heart. As she was hearing "Open I am with you,” and “Your Heart” it occurred to her the pleading of God was so intense as she speak these phrase Open your heart..she was crying as she was repeatedly saying open your hearts. She tries to control her emotion but she can’t stop crying.
MICHELLE – Fayetteville NC - I saw a paved road, but the vision was of the road in perspective (like an upside down “V”). It had double yellow no passing lines painted down the middle; which at the end disappeared as the ends of the road came together. I interpreted this as a divided highway and that there may be many divisions in our faith and the world, but that eventually they shall unite to become one.
ZENNY – Glendale CA - My people, do not be fazed by the calamities you see around you. Remember that I am God and I am in control. I want you to pray for those who have been victims of these calamities. This is My purpose for you, my people, to love, to support and encourage one another because I love all. My people, pray, pray, pray.
ANGELES – Glendale CA - In the beginning it was like a regular sunset but then it was dark, then there was like a light in one corner and on the other corner, like a lightning. Then I heard a voice that said it will happen so fast you will not know what hit you, something like that, then after, the sun came up. When I was seeing all this I felt such heaviness of heart that I just wanted to scream and cry because the weight was too much.
EVELYN – Glendale CA - Felt the sadness. I felt like crying but don't know why, but it was not overwhelming. What I was getting was "be still and know that I am God and I open my arms, walk into My embrace and I will hold you and nourish you and comfort you, heal and bind the wounds and I will strengthen you and I will open My arms and I ask you to walk as I lead you to a new beginning to something special". But I also felt the sadness.
RAFFY – Glendale CA - At first I saw a light coming out from heaven but I did not see anybody where the light was, but later on because of the ray, I saw somebody shaping but I could not see the person, then something look like a cross, when closer, looked like a sword. I could not clearly distinguish all these and what it meant.
ROLANDO – Glendale CA - I really don't know what happened but this time, I really felt so much, so much close to God. I can't believe He has called me, touch me spiritually and then He said be firm, be firm and invite more people into my fold. God is so awesome. I really thank God that He revealed Himself, that He really loves us so much. He really cares so much and He says just come to me and I will give you rest. He knows we have a lot of problems. He knows there are a lot of things going on and He says come to me.This day, I really felt His presence and there is really assurance that God is with us. Because of this, as long as I live, I will proclaim His Word. I thank the Lord for using me to proclaim His glory throughout my life. All of us are called by God to this prayer ministry.
Before we had the group, I saw a vision of a dead man by a grave but no one came to him. I don't know who that person was. Afterwards, the person rose from the dead and was praising God. I asked the Lord what does this mean. He said I Am the Resurrection. This is a great experience for me.
DONNA – Glendale CA - When we started, there was nothing but then later, I saw something like a beach, I don't know if it was a beach, but I assumed it was because there was water and waves. There was a long line of what looks like priests, shoulder to shoulder as far as I can see. Then a light kind of came up like just came up and the light stayed for a while then kind of faded. Then this long long line in black and white so I assumed they were priest and there was a bishop. I did not see the faces, I did not recognize any of them. I don't know if they were dead or still alive. I do not have any idea. The Lord said to me ,"be My instrument. Let My light shine. Be for Me what I need you to be". So I don't know, but my tongues were different.
BARBIE – Glendale CA - Rolando was sobbing so loudly that I got distracted and wanted to stand up and pray over him, but later I was led to pray for calmness, order and peace.
MAYA, Fresno, CA - I saw a funnel with a long and pure water surrounding it. These are trials in life at the end of the tunnel is light. Next I saw a man leaning on a tree in an orchard. Then I saw Cain sobbing over Able after he killed him. In both scenes the grass was burnt yellow. In the Cain and Able scene Jesus is the sun. Then I saw a window and in it was pitch black infinite darkness. Finally I saw people crowding on a street in old garments looking worried at me. Then I give them John 3:4&5 “ Nicodemus, Saith untohim, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily verily I say unto thee except a man be born in water and of the spirit he cannot enter in the Kingdom of God.
MELINA - Fresno, CA - I think the Lord was comforting me, I was trying to see how Uncle James and Aunt Sayuri are doing in Japan, but He was just showing me how much I’ve improved. He was telling me that everything is okay and that I shouldn’t give up. He said that I have many opportunities coming in the future. I prayed for my Mom, then the Lord said “do not worry. She will be okay”. I was thanking Him, crying out sorry for my sins. He told me to not focus on the past because He has plans for me in the future and to have patience. It was a little harder for me to concentrate and find out what I should be praying about. I prayed for the people under the danger of tsunami and radiation. I thought about a women on television who got hit by the tsunami and how her house was gone. All her mother’s things were washed away or broken. She now has nothing and nowhere to go. I thanked the Lord for what I have and I told Him that I adore my family, my things, my work , my life, and my trials that I learn from.
TWYLA - Fresno, CA - I saw the world stage from above. Like a chess board all the Kings and principalities are setting up their appointed positions by birth right and obligation. The call has gone out upon the earth not just for my faithful saints but, also for the men with wicked hearts. I can hear the cadence coming from the earth. Marching forward and each and every step has been ordered by the Lord. Know now that this is the will of your Father that the Great Day of Glory may be fulfilled. Stay faithful my people and continue to intercede and for my will to be done and accomplished.
CIRIA - Fresno, CA - I saw a rider on a great stallion, galloping on the top of a ranging tidal wave. The rim and the wall was almost 60 feet in height. Beneath the tidal wave was violent and raging whirlwinds like tornados. The whirlwinds lined up side by side like solders forming a standing foundation for the tidal wave. The sea of dead washed out from under the great watery wall. It is if the sea was vomiting up the dead. The fierceness was intense as it swallowed up the living. It dragged them in with its powerful undertow. From the depths of the Mediterranean sea, the rider with eyes like coal, held the reigns as the stallion reared back. The stallion stomped its hooves and they were like iron, exploded on the rim, till the very sky was sucked into the wave, it was impossible to tell the difference between the sky and the sea anymore. The blood waters of the Euphrates were drained dry and revealed the bodies of those who could not fight. The cry of the red war and a hateful vengeance they crossed the Euphrates to the valley. The spirit of the Lord held back the raging watery wall from swallowing up the strong tall columns whose top burns a great fire. These columns are the payers of the faithful who have not followed the philosophy of man and speak only to God. These are the faithful sea and their revelation is given by the Spirit of the Fire who lays open the mysteries which are hidden from the unrighteous. The Lord's ear is inclined unto their song of praise that no man taught them. Holy and Great is the Lord God Almighty. He alone conquers and subdues all powers under his feet, and the sea and great rivers obey him. His faithful burn with a fervent and consuming flame that no man can alight, and no man can enter into his Kingdom except his name be written in the Book of Life These are the Faithful who cried unto the Lord and whose prayer the Lord heeds.
BRYANNA - Fresno, CA - I saw few people worshiping God at the foot of a mountain. They were all dressed robes and garments and held lanterns in their hands. Then I moved forward in time, and saw few people worshiping at the foot of a mountain. They were wearing ...modern clothes and also held lanterns. Then the Lord said, "I am an ancient Spirit. I walk through all ages. I see all things and I know who MY PEOPLE are. Then The Lord told me to look up two scriptures: Zech 8:1-12 and Rev 14:1-5
1 Again the word of the LORD Almighty came to me.
2 This is what the LORD Almighty says: “I am very jealous for Zion; I am burning with jealousy for her.”
3This is what the LORD says: “I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the LORD Almighty will be called the Holy Mountain.”
4This is what the LORD Almighty says: “Once again men and women of ripe old age will sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each with cane in hand because of his age.
5The city streets will be filled with boys and girls playing there.”
6This is what the LORD Almighty says: “It may seem marvelous to the remnant of this people at that time, but will it seem marvelous to me?” declares the LORD Almighty.7This is what the LORD Almighty says: “I will save my people from the countries of the east and the west.
8I will bring them back to live in Jerusalem; they will be my people, and I will be faithful and righteous to them as their God.”
9 This is what the LORD Almighty says: “You who now hear these words spoken by the prophets who were there when the foundation was laid for the house of the LORD Almighty, let your hands be strong so that the temple may be built.
10Before that time there were no wages for man or beast. No one could go about his business safely because of his enemy, for I had turned every man against his neighbor.
11 But now I will not deal with the remnant of this people as I did in the past,” declares the LORD Almighty.
12 “The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit, the ground will produce its crops, and the heavens will drop their dew. I will give all these things as an inheritance to the remnant of this people.
13 As you have been an object of cursing among the nations, O Judah and Israel, so will I save you, and you will be a blessing. Do not be afraid, but let your hands be strong.” Rev 14:1-5
1Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.
2And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.
3And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.
4These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they kept themselves pure. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among men and offered as first fruits to God and the Lamb.
5No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
MARIA – North Carolina - I felt that Jesus walked in the room where I was praying. In my mind I heard him say: Servant of God my beloved daughter put your thoughts on me. My mind thought: The banquet table is set for the great feast of the Lord's supper. Blessed be the name of Jesus. Blessed be His holy name. Titus 2 came to mind and I read it, about virtuous living. And then 2 Timothy 4:2-5 - “proclaim the word; be persistent whether it is convenient or inconvenient; convince, reprimand, encourage through all patience and teaching. For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity will accumulate teachers and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths. But you, be self-possessed inall circumstances; put up with hardship; perform the work of an evangelist; fulfill your ministry.” I then heard in my mind: The Word of God is growing old to the ears of many. The young do not listen. But I am raising up an army of young believers who will spread the Word of the Gospel. They will shine and ride on the wings of angels. And as a sign, the feathers of angels will rain from heaven. I could then see very young angels dropping feathers from the clouds. The angels were giggling and were happy. (They looked like toddlers.) I then saw a street in a city. It was dark like night. I could see a young girl and young boy. Some feathers were floating down. They had bibles in their hands and they were proclaiming the Word. The girl was saying. Won't you listen? I heard a "no" from the dark. A black car driving by pulled over to the curb but there didn't seem to be anyone in it. The boy was speaking the Word toward the car. The car frightened me. I asked the Lord what would happen to these young men and women. In my thoughts I heard Him say some will become my martyrs . Martyrs for the Kingdom, for the Church. The street began to lighten up. The darkness lifted and the sun was shining. I heard "It is a halleluiah day". The street looked like gold.
NORA – San Diego CA - As I began to pray I saw The moon and the sun, and after I heard pray at all times without ceasing (Eph.6;18 and 1Tsln;5:17), and believe like a child (Mt18:3), don't stop praying because your prayers come like a sweet incense to my throne; (I saw a tower of white lily's going straight up to heaven directed by a bright white light that came from above). Through your prayers I'm removing strongholds of pride, self confidence, emptiness, and loneliness; right after, the spirit showed me that even those who don't know the Lord they are desperate trying to rescue their own loved ones to be safe, He also showed me people at the train station waiting for a hope, but they don't take any of those trains because is not what they are waiting for (I believe is about the prodigal son, who knows the Spirit of God, and are waiting for their call back to their Heavenly Father); I also received a revelation of empty and desolated church, with an empty water fountain in the entrance; last and not least again I heard pray without ceasing and believe like a child for what I AM about to do.
ROSALINDA - Carrizo Springs TX - Saw angels surrounding everyone and Jesus saying to go forward and do not fear for there are many people crying out. In times of weakness to remember His mother how much our Lady suffered and yet she accepted it all.
MARIA – Carrizo Springs TX - Saw many priests together some being filled with the spirit and others needing prayer, youth crying out for there is a lot of work to be done. Our Lord saying he knows everyone and he has something for everyone He knows us by Name do not fear.
SYLVIA – Carrizo Springs TX - was given the scripture Luke: 6 to all three of us Jesus was guiding us to what to do and carry His work.
TERESA – Maryland - After about ten minutes of praying in tongues I kept hearing “ Go to THE MOTHER.” With different sounds of tongues it was as if many people were petitioning Heaven and the same words would be repeated, “Go to THE MOTHER.” Looking at the crucifix on my wall I heard Jesus say, “My heart beats for each of you.” Followed by “Help me” in a soft pleading voice. After this I saw a woman’s face and then many blank faces with their hands stretch up screaming, “help me, help me!” The picture was in different shades of black and gray and I could only see the women (I knew in my spirit they were all women) from the waist up. It appeared as if they were stuck in something. The scene was so overwhelming that I felt as if I would suffocate. I came to understand these women are in purgatory.
ORBELINA – Maryland - Saw a Cross and from the center of the Cross coming out three white lilies in movement as a 3D. Gela had a booklet of prayers with her and read for us: the love of God is the flower and mercy its fruits!!!
MADELEINE – Malta - "My children, take authority over evil - You are my children and are stronger than evil" Romans 11:1 - "I ask then, did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham from the tribe of Benjamin.” I saw a steep hill with a large wooden cross at the top and these words written above like a rainbow, "The hill is steep but the reward is great, don't be afraid my loved ones, climb up" James 1:2-4.- "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
MARY AND DOMINICK – Phoenix AZ – Mighty Force and Power is witnessed throughout the earth.(I saw Niagara Falls) Overflowing love and power. My overabundance flows forth. Lightening will break forth and the ground will crumble and crack. My power is present. No fear, do not fear, these things must pass before the Son of Man is revealed. Matthew 24:36 and Luke 24:36. Thanks for hearing my call. My call to a deeper and richer understanding of the vastness of my love and power. I hear the cries, I hear the babies, and unborn yelling in the womb. They are not forgotten, Precious Life. Be still and know that I am God. Family is being strengthened. Ties that bind will be stronger. Bridges are built. The bird that flies away is brought home. Confusion and chaos to the enemy. Scrambling, looking for cover. The righteous will stand. My hand is with them, my people, my chosen ones. I died for them, and they will die for me, but not in vain. Paradise awaits them.1 Cor. 14:1-13, 23-25 and Gal. 3:6. Trust in me, the Lord you God. Trust in my word. By the blood I shed, I have victory over death. All life belongs to me.Let my peace flow over you like the waves over the sand. The grains of sand scatters, but they come back to me.
Image - Ocean, beach, mountain hills in the background. Water comes in and touches your feet. Water worships, birds worship, angel voices singing all around. All worshiping God.
ANN MAURITIA – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - I was standing a few feet away from the shore and saw very huge waves about 30 feet high. I was standing beneath the wave but was not at all alarmed. There were 3 such waves. The waves didn’t wash me away and I didn’t drown. In fact, I just stood bravely watching it knowing that those waves will not affect me. Then the 4th wave came and it glistened in the bright sun. It was just so beautiful the way the waters shone/sparkled very brightly as the sun shone on it. After the 4th wave, there was such a calm in the sea. My sense of the interpretation: The 3 waves signify the destruction which is coming again to the lands surround Egypt. The 4th wave is the move of the Holy Spirit in the lives of the believers there and how many unbelievers will come to know the Lord through the move of this 4th wave. The sun signifies the Son of God, Jesus Christ and the sparkling in the water signifies the believers who are part of this move of the Holy Spirit. The number 3 signifies divine perfection. The number 4 signifies God creative works. The devastation which water will bring is mentioned 3 times in Ezekiel 32. Ezekial 32:3, Ezekiel 32:13 & 14. This was a prophecy from the Lord to the prophet Ezekiel of what will happen to Egypt. The Lord told Ezekiel how He will destroy Egypt and the nations surrounding it will be affected too. The Lord tells Ezekiel to lament over Egypt. During the time of praying in tongues, I kept crying and went into travail as well. The song “Heal Our Land” kept coming to me, and I sang it out as prayer . “If my people will humble themselves, humble themselves and pray. If they seek My face and humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways I will hear from Heaven and forgive their sin. I will hear from Heaven and heal their land.” The chorus follows, about forgiving our sins and healing our broken land. The Lord wants me to lament over the nations surrounding Egypt and pray that the people living there will come to Him, accepting Him as their Savior.
MARY– Kuala Lumpur Malasia - Before I began to pray in tongues I prayed for wisdom and understanding, love as He loves, keen discernment, discipline and faith to walk in His ways, holy boldness to serve God's purpose and fulfill His desire.
Read Sirach 39:1-11 NAB I found especially significant:
v.1 "..study of the law of the Most High"
v.3 "...studies obscure parables and is busied with the hidden meanings.."
v.6 "...seek the Lord his Maker...petition (intercede) the Most High..be filled with the spirit of understanding...show the wisdom of what he has learned and glory in the law of the Lord's covenant."
Felt God was showing me how wisdom & understanding will come... (not something He will drop onto me) and v3 was like an instruction to me. I was always curious about the hidden meanings so I read the footnotes.
IN CLOSING, MY PRAYER FOR YOU is that you will “…Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever. Amen” (2Pe 3:18).

Power Tongues notes 4/3/2011
On April 3 our home group, Power Tongues International, met at my (Linda Schubert’s) home. There were 15 of us. We prayed an opening covering prayer, anointed everyone with blessed oil, and began to pray in tongues. We prayed for about 25 minutes. And then we began to share what the Lord was showing us. The words follow below. We closed in prayer, and briefly prayed over each one, left and right, in a circle. At the same time, more than 20 people in different locations around the USA
AS YOU BEGIN: I keep hearing, “Speak Lord, Your servant is listening.” He wants to speak to us, He wants us to listen. He has so much to say to us. We may have to go back to Him and ask, “Lord, what does this vision mean? What are you trying to tell me?” It may be completely personal, having to do with you and your family and friends. Or it may be something beyond yourself that He wants you to intercede for. With all of the challenges in the world today, we especially need to keep our ears tuned to Him, to fine tune our listening. Hourly, daily, moment by moment. He speaks in many ways, and we can hear Him with or without praying in tongues. But praying in tongues does seem to help us to listen. Theresa – The Lord says “I am building the kingdom and you are building it with me”
Celine - Kingdom of love, be still and receive my graces, my love, be still and listen to my word. Breastplate – keep your heart, that heart is a heart of love, pray for brothers and sisters that they have a heart of flesh, love is the conquering tool

Candida - Giving a litany of praise, could taste milk in her mouth, milk of human kindness, God was giving it to us.
Linda S – saw us all walking on soft, very green, spongy grass – sense of it being easy. Then saw arrows coming from each of us pointed to where God wanted each of them to go. Then sense of gathering chicks that were scattered. Then heard ‘victory’ then ‘victory enhanced’ – we’re wearing different hats, different roles, untying people, visibly angels watching over us, internationally.
Linda M – When first started, saw world, Jesus on cross being crucified, blood and water flooding whole world, then Lord said ‘raise up your voices, jump for joy, your God is here, do not condemn, forgive, lifting away all that oppressed you’. Then prayed for a refreshing spirit to come upon each of us – “love my children into holiness.” “What was hidden from your eyes will come to light. I have raised you up for a time such as this.”
Amelia - Saw globe, saw Jesus standing dressed majestically. Whatever each was praying for is what Jesus was looking at.
Barbara –Saw a large needle, binding or stitching us all together, like tapestry, Venezuela , Scotland
Theresa – Heard the Lord say, “what is hidden will be revealed, I am penetrating the depths and going beneath the surface, sowing seeds of charity.” We were working with the four living creatures from the book of Revelations. They were each stationed; one at the north, one at the south, one at the east and one at the west. Each was constructing the walls of the kingdom, as high as I could see, and as deep as I could see – like net that Barbara saw.
Bob M – Strong call to intercessors to listen very closely to the Lord because He wants very specific prayer and intercession – if you listen He will reveal what he wants intercession for.
Rod – Seeing lasers cutting across east/west/north/south – reminded of etch-a-sketch – the line cuts into the darkness. Intercessors were coming closer together and the lights of the lasers were joining. Scripture – 2Cor 2:14-17
Colleen – Saw night sky silhouetted. Was city but complete blackness, surrounding city was huge reflecting area like water, reflection of city in the water was bright city, at edge of city was lilies everywhere in abundance. The dark city was our construct, it was limited, our own doing, it was rigid, not responding to God’s call to be flowing. The bright city was responsive to the truth that God was imparting, flowing. Then saw person. On person’s head were placed glowing embers, they were doing work in the person’s mind, out of embers came crown of thorns, from thorns grew wreath of lilies, new life, resurrection, new being. Saw embers being a call to forgiveness, doing good to those who hurt us, will loose the people we forgive and loose us. It will be hard, but from it will be new rising, new life. Saw human heart, in heart were stones, sensed call that the Lord wants to make our heart a heart of flesh, to be free of stones of unforgiveness, pride. We are to allow him to free our heart of stones
Frank – In beginning of prayer, saw places in the world where the word of God was being distorted, disfigured, to point of unrecognizable – His name was rubbed out, self-sustaining. Saw himself with Moses holding the stone tablets with the Commandments, so heavy Moses helped hold them. Then Lord changed the stone to bread, he said “this is my living word I will feed you with, I will tattoo them on your heart, I will feed your soul” – felt led to intercede for the battle for his very own word, his scriptures written by the inspiration of Holy Spirit – to live them, eat them. From revelation 22:17-21 – spirit and bride come, him who is thirsty, come…
Shelly – Saw a large pipe-like opening between heaven and earth. Grace and Mercy were flowing down as our prayers were flowing up, flowing back and forth. Recalled what the Lord showed earlier when saw someone riding a bicycle with the seat very low and only in 1st gear, pedaling fast but going very slow – the Lord said, this is my people who do not know how to use the gifts I have given them, the gifts of the Holy Spirit – they need to be taught. Heard the work “activated”. His people need to be activated. Saw a sailboat with same message as bicycle – if the sails are not set properly the boat will go nowhere or just go in circles, but when used properly will use the wind to propel it. Again, His people need to know how to set the sails to use the gifts they have been given. Then saw small circles floating in the pipe-like opening, blocking the prayers and the graces. It was impurities, and there is a call to purify ourselves that our prayers will flow freely to heaven and His graces will flow freely to His people. A call to pray for unity.
Betty – Saw pink hearts, bluish purple, coming together, like cylindrical cage, turning – prayers - men and women praying together, mingling – large heart came down and the cage opened, Jesus held large heart with his heart, carrying to the Father. Then angels were holding their hearts, when Jesus held heart to the Father there was a giant burst of stars falling – blessings, healings, mercies, people able to forgive – falling all over from heaven. He said ‘ rejoice for I am doing a new work – it will bring a great glory to Me.
Candida – Back to green grass – saw it periodically – the Lord said it was a peace, a refreshment in each of our lives so we will be prepared for intercessory mission he will send us on. Vision of young man walking across dusty desert street – didn’t want to be there, but as she lifted the image to God, He was convincing her that “you’ll be alright because I’ll take care of it – you will have peace in your heart as you pray for the violence, I will be there with you and you have peace.” Kept hearing herself say ‘I will go’ – then felt tremendous relief, that it will be alright.

I became very warm and filled with tears, so I needed to shed some unnecessary layers, as if it is time to shed the burdensome layers that have weighed us down and to become more transparent in our love for the Lord. He will come to help us and show the transparency of His love for us. He seemed to take delight in our prayers offered to Him. Open the gates, lift up the lintels, for the King of Glory comes, the floodgates of mercy are here. Shortly after, I began to be concerned , even preparing a defense towards, an upcoming situation and realized that those layers need to go because they are the areas of not trusting the Lord to be in charge, but of trying to take control on my own.

Visions: I saw a pile of rubble and rocks as if there were an earthquake. On top of the rubble was a wall of the building that was still intact with nine windows. The windows were tinted a brown color and the angle of the wall was as if it were looking up to heaven at a 45 degree angle. Amongst the rubble green ivy began to grow and entwine throughout the rubble. The second vision I saw was one of Jesus Christ in the sky with His arms outstretched. Between his two arms is the earth, but it is vertically cracked and broken down the middle. A light white fog was around the earth. I then saw the Sacred Heart of Jesus which had the thorns wrapped around the upper part of the heart and a sword within the heart. The heart was cracked similar to the earth. The Lord took the sword out of the heart and blood from the heart dripped over the earth.
Karen in North Carolina: due to fatigue and some other matters weighing on my mind, my experience was brief, however, I did see the Lord looking out over the U.S. and he was watching all the little individual lights that were shining in the dark. I noticed that he, rather than focusing on the dark places, was delighting in the individual lights. He's got the whole world in his hands...
Zenny in Glendale CA: Saw Jesus sitting on a rock and before him were children/people sitting on the ground, first there were a few, then the numbers grew, until it was beyond the eyes could see. Then He stood up and He was standing over a basilica. Then He stretched out His arm as if to embrace all.
Angeles in Glendale CA: saw darkness, as if we are swallowed by the darkness but on the sides was light. It was like at dusk. Things will happen but we should not be afraid. Never fear.

The hand of the Lord is moving on the face of the earth, he has heard each cry, has retrieved each soul which has given up the ghost. When sudden destruction comes, his hand of mercy is extended to his creation. All things consist by him. There is nothing that is that can be without him. He will cause this great cry to cry out from the belly of the earth. Though there is confusion he will bring an understanding. Where there is darkness his light shines. Till all things be fulfilled, wait upon the Lord of Hosts. He will lead the dumb, the blind, the deaf and fearful to his throne. His name will be praised. He will perplex the nations who rise up against each other for wealth and power. Says the Lord: " I will bring all powers and principalities under my feet. Don't fear, but proclaim the mercy of the Lord. Nothing will come to its end until I command it. Man is fallen into his own trap, I decreed it, says the Lord. Nothing man has done in secret will be hidden anymore. The corrupted thing will be found out. My eyes see the devises of man, violent man, the instrument of destruction. and I will reveal it all and it will come to light and every tongue confess that the Lord he is GOD and no other."
Ron in Fresno CA: A banquet table. God sitting center with Jesus at the right hand side, with a scroll with 7 seals. Three seals already broken in Jesus hand. Getting ready to break the 4th seal, with trumpets sounding at the breaking of the seals. Cheers from the banquet hall follows the sound of the trumpets. For we are in the day that the Lord has made. repent and know the Lord before the 7th seal is broken. Time is running out, though we know not the day nor the hour of his coming.
Bryanna in Fresno CA: I had a vision. A bull went into a church and began to tell the secrets of all that were inside. I heard a lot of screaming. Then I saw people all over the world receiving the Holy Ghost and repenting. God said he will remember the people of ...his new covenant. He said "Do not be afraid death will pass over like it did before. I HAVE NOT CHANGED,NOR HAS THE WAY I DO THINGS" Then I saw the scripture Amos 3:1-3 which says: Hear this word that the Lord has spoken against you O children of Israel, against the whole family that I have brought up out of the land of Egypt saying: you only have I known of all the families of the earth. Therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities. Can two walk together except they be agreed?

I never felt so free. It’s like out of control. But with God I’m not alone I’m his daughter. I left my body, It’s like I lost myself but then I found my true self in harmony with my real only Holy Father. It’s like I just work up from the deepest nothing place or dream. For an hour just for one hour!!!! I’m shocked the lord was telling me to come, come closer and that everything is going to be okay. That he will always be with me forever, He said to keep talking to me. I hear him say stay with me. I felt alone at peace but at the same time everywhere. I felt at home. My arms were tingling like I was sleeping on them. My tears fell down my face like pure fresh water sparking lime on the ocean water. I see a white light figure shaped like a book. It was flipping through pages like crazy. Like it wanted to show me something.
Twyla: I saw cloven fires lifting off the earth each one represented a person that began to pray. The fire beamed up from the earth through the atmosphere. The fires were few but mighty. There is a storm around my people it will blow around you but not through you. I hear my peoples fear, worry, and grief. You can pick up eat or drink any deadly thing. I will heal you. For you will be my final witness and testimony, My chosen people will tread this earth unharmed. They will walk among the bones. I have chosen my generations and remnant. You are here at this time because I put you here. You will not leave this earth by any other way but by my hand. I will bring you into my presence on my day Have faith and believe I have already delivered you. I will show my people who the men are that have brought destruction on to this world. You will know who they are.

Oh thank you so much. For what I have experienced such goodness I love you I love you.I need you. You are the one in my life, I want you need you. Overwhelming feeling light. He is so powerful, so beautiful. I don’t see anything yet, Thank you. So jumbled up, puzzling but enlightening at the same time . So wonderful this God, the most beautiful thing in the world. Too overwhelming for a human just a small helpless sheep crying for answers from him. The big one omega the powerful the most. Tiring some how some way I’m just tired. So awkward that I can control this Spirit of tongues so awkward,...... It so wonderful.... speaking in tongues. I felt happiness...... no fire like no one else Like heaven happiness. I don’t know and I can’t see anything just felt happiness. Maybe because I finally spoke to him. I have no idea. I think I saw heaven .
David in Fresno CA: I was shown the temple of El in all its glory filled with light. Jeshua is the temple in body and that he is the sacrifice for the Passover. He showed me the Holy of Holies and I entered with praise and thanksgiving. He is our passover lamb and the blood is applied to our hearts and he celebrates the breaking of the bread with us. Rejoice and come out of Egypt unto Sinai where he has written his law on our hearts so that we obey him. We are called out of this world and set apart for fellowship with him. He provides a tabernacle in the wilderness and opens his heart for us. Sacrifice of prayer, worship and praise as he inhabits the praise of this people.

To be confident and joyful to shine for Him in these last days! Nora in San Diego CA: Saw a windstorm in the desert with a burning bush in the middle. Flames were lavender color instead of red. After praying I heard the Holy Spirit saying, every thing will pass but those who remain in HIM will remain strong.- Later I saw a father holding a baby, wearing a super hero outfit, not sure about this revelation.
-I saw feet coming out of the world globe like under the earth, followed by half of platform of the earth globe that was held by a column of bricks, not so firm and strong, they were shaped it in a form of a tornado, so I prayed for mercy and no more earth earthquakes around the world, just right after I prayed for forgiveness, I saw young people on the streets, they looked like, they were passed out with drugs or alcohol, I continue praying, for repentance and led me to a group of few hundreds of people worshiping the Lord, with flames coming out of their hands, once again flames were purple and lavender colors.
- As I continue praying I saw an eagle flying over a death valley, moved into empty buildings, schools, parks, and cities with no people in it. Later showed me dry creek and forest, and just right after those revelations showed me a mom calling her family for supper time, the house was in the middle of forest, full of green trees, flowing water on the river and sunshine, as I continued praying, I received the scripture of (Exodus;12:13) The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt.
Thanks for your prayers as soon as I began praying I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Maria, North Carolina: While I was praying in tongues I saw Jesus riding toward me on a donkey. He was coming out of a desert and he was holding a green palm in His left hand but it was leaning toward His right shoulder. I could not hear Him talking to me but I knew that He was speaking to me. He said I am coming to you in the desert place where you feel all alone. Follow me. I bring you to a place of refreshing. Where hearts are healed. I turned and saw Jesus still riding the donkey but He was riding toward a hill. On top of the hill was a huge white building with large columns. It was like a palace. Jesus said now is a time of refreshing. He was then standing on the steps of this large palace and He had His arms spread out and He said hear my Words. Draw close to me and I will draw close to you. I have the Words of everlasting life. There was a refreshing, gentle breeze blowing. I could then see a beautiful pool of water that was very blue. He said drink from this water. It brings refreshing to your soul. I cupped some water with my hands and brought it to my mouth. I looked up to see Jesus and saw Him and this palace ascending into heaven.

Patty in Mississippi: First I received Psalm 98 The coming of God, then a little while later The Lord put on my heart the following; Bring Me hearts, your heart, the hearts of your loved ones, harden hearts. Surrender, surrender your hearts and I will create new hearts, a heart of flesh. My children must seek peace and calm in the midst of turmoil, it is then the world will see I their Lord and Savior. It is only through Me that you will receive that peace that surpasses all understanding. Then I received Psalm 27 Trust in God.I also received; If today you hear His voice harden not your heart.
Frances in New York: I believe the Lord was saying how important it was TO HIM, that we allow Him to use our mouths and tongues by the Holy Spirit, to bring about His purpose on the earth, whether it be to bring down strongholds of the enemy (as in intercession) or for strengthening the members of the Body individually creating His Army on the earth.
Jane in North Carolina: Received Linda's cleansing prayers earlier today and started praying those about 9:53 pm EST gravitating into tongues and continuing till about 10:28. Prayed for continued blessing for wisdom asking for discernment to recognize the interference/mischief of the evil one. Also, the gift of healing came to me and I prayed to help those in need - mind, body and soul. As I was praying, my thoughts turned to those in need of healing. I've listed them in my journal. I was then directed to Scripture - Sirach 19:20 - 20:17. These verses regarding true and false wisdom. Will study and keep journal. I am very humbled by this very blessed time. Thank you for reaching out and to include me - I did feel connected in prayer. I feel very blessed that the Lord prompted me to participate.
Meg in New Jersey: When the tongues were given this is the interpretation that followed: First a ritual blessing covering and gratitude for blessing of God on our land/lives/homes and relationships. Indian type pattern of sound, rhythmic. Learned enemy imitates purity of ritual blessing by substituting sounds of animal sexual union in popular music. Second, pleading gently for mercy from the Lord on our children and their wayward lives- bring them back Lord. Final, plea for children of God to unite, pick up tools/weaponry of prayer and defend God's church on earth. People wake up to tactics of the enemy who slowly, quietly rob conviction in hearts and souls of God's will for their lives. Doubt enters and robs. (Thanks for the opportunity to join in prayer!)

Isaiah 66 v. 18.I also was led to read Come away My Beloved by Frances J. Roberts. p. 189 Speak the Truth and P 210 My Kingdom is at Hand.
Jackie in North Carolina: What came to me as I was praying "power tongues" Sunday night, is something that has been coming to me recently whenever I pray and listen for a word from the Lord, especially for charismatic renewal and the downward trend it has been in:"I am the Lord your God, you shall not have false gods before me." My people must turn from their idols and look to me. Everything that comes before me, is an idol. Search within yourselves to see where you are in your relationship with me. I need a mature people to serve me, to make disciples for me. Turn from your idols and follow me." I have been receiving this or similar words over and over these last few weeks or so. When listening, I sense an urgency with the words. Perhaps because our country is in a terrible place right now. So many who began in the spirit are now in the flesh. During our prayer time at our diocesan wide prayer meeting on Saturday, I had a vision of Jesus. I had the same vision last night. I saw drops of blood falling from Jesus as He hung on the cross. With the blood was a liquid. I thought it was water, but as I looked up at Jesus' face. He was crying. It was his tears that were falling with the blood. I don't know if because I heard these words and saw Jesus' face before last night, if this could apply to the power tongues. To me it is a message that I feel the Lord wants me to speak to his people. I have a feeling this will be an urgent message whenever I pray. I did not think about it while praying in tongues and was open to whatever the Lord would do or say.
(I will let you and your group discern is this was indeed a word from the Lord and if it also applies to the time I spent praying in tongues and listening for a word.
Patty in MS: My prayer in tongues lasted 30 minutes starting at 10:14 PM on Sunday night. Because of the topics that I noted during the prayer time, it appears to not be corporate but for me as an individual. a) first experienced tingling of the skin b) sensed that more houses will be selling in my new distressed neighborhood of which I may or may not be a party in a real estate transaction c) would have a good night’s rest on Sunday d) received many new words and sounds in my prayer language Thank you, Linda, for the invitation to participate in the worldwide group. I have already learned to be more active in the application of my heavenly language.

“Speak, for Your servant is listening” (1Sam 3:10) session
Every month on the first Sunday evening a group of men and women gather at
my home in Northern California for what we call a Power Tongues Work Group.
We open in prayer, receive an anointing with blessed oil and begin praying in
tongues. We continue in tongues until the Lord stops us, which usually is
20-30 minutes. We then share the thoughts and images the Lord brings to our
hearts, and pray for those issues. Then we close by praying briefly over one
another, left and right, and return it all to the Lord. Beginning this month
I am going to send out the notes to the larger community in order that more
people will know what we are doing, and encourage more 1 Sam 3:10 groups

Power Tongues notes 3/6/11
Linda S - the Lord is calling us to a secret place to see if there is any part in our lives where we are relying on the natural sources for healing instead of the power of God. Repentance called for. Felt the Lord was calling us to share the words from this meeting with the larger body of Christ, to encourage others to gather, pray, and listen to the Lord, and pray the words that came forth.
Colleen – Saw a place full of trees, like forest, dark. Angels came to forest, lit fires in different places, 12 fires, Jesus came to each fire, many people began to appear and came to their own fire, Jesus appeared to each one, wanted to feed himself to each person like he prepared the fish when he had it on the fire for breakfast. The only light was the fire, it was illuminating each person. Into the assembly came children who wanted to mature. When Jesus was sitting by the fire, it was His flesh He was preparing, not symbolic. Saw desert with oasis, garden of edible things that were being fed the living water. At end saw the Lord gathering and saying “I’m! washing all things clean”, gathering all things like a sea, all things of each country, pulling the Spirit to Himself. Confirm Rod’s word of trust, we must trust Him, to give up things we’re comfortable with; to be willing to die to how we’ve done things, how we lean on habits, we might be excluding him without even knowing it by leaning on our habits, he wants us to be willing to give them up. And be attentive to our thinking, abandon our little prejudices, he’s going to bring to us new people and he wants us to be open to them.
Betty: Praying for each person, like the dry bones, going to put flesh on the dry bones, could see little fires all over the world, saying all over the world they are coming to being because people are coming into what they are supposed to be by the blood of the martyrs. Saw fires of the Holy Spirit all over the world. They will grow as we are obedient to all He calls us to even in suffering. They will grow until they become one holy flame in the new Jerusalem encapsulated in the heart of Jesus.
Tee: Saw arrows coming at each of our hearts, piercing our hearts, praying that we would be able to withstand the arrows, realized they were not something bad, it was the Lord piercing our hearts, giving us openings to release what needed to come out. Prayed that we would have piercings all over, but he said no that we needed to push it out, to be part of the process of pushing it out. What came out of us first was blood and water, then became just water, became purer and purer. When it was oozing out, openings were triangles. It was from our body, soul, and spirit – all three aspects need to be purified.
Gran - We hear all the voices out there, confusing voices, so many voices, not speaking in His name, but His people will know His own voice. Matured into the message that He is calling His church to prepare for a new Pentecost. With unending litanies in preparation, the babble in the churches will change into one voice of Christ. He said, my church prepare for a new Pentecost. The way they prepared is by going to Mary, not like the Lord going into desert. It’s preparation time. Persevere in prayer, go back to the upper room.
Linda M: forgive those who have hurt us, give us grace to forgive. Pray to take advantage of the graces of Lenten season, to be purified.
Barbara: Kept hearing repentance, not relying on Lord enough, saw big circles over US. Big circles were where prayer was not going up, many of them in Midwest. He said my people are so busy they are not relying on me. Then saw the White House and the white was pealing off, then saw slaves crying out for prayer (don’t understand the slaves part). Message is that we are not praying enough, specifically for our president and our Holy Father, protection for him.
Betty confirmed that this morning she received at Mass to pray for Holy Father. Need more prayer and less criticism.
Frank: The new Pentecost will be different because it will be man’s heart crying out for the Lord, in repentance, from a repentant group crying out for God, thirsting for him. It will start with man’s heart converting. Place the watchmen in their place right now, so my church will hear one voice, the Lamb of God. They will be repentant. Believe only in what is not seen, to walk in faith. Do not trust in everything we see, or in grandstanding. Believe only in Jesus. Know him; know his word. Watchmen go to your posts, listen, be attentive, listen to your church, attend to your ! role, you know what it is. Be good servants. Your role will be splendor; others will rise up and be your prayer warrior, your guard. The Lord is raising up a royal army. He says, “I am plugging every hole in the wall. My blood will cover the whole church, align your heart with Mary”.
Bob M – continue to pray for Governor Brown of California
Rod – need to continuously prepare ourselves. It’s hard work, there’s labor involved, abandonment of things we’re used to, new skin. We’re called to be models of this faith he has given us.
IN CLOSING – we prayed for the issues that came forth, and we returned it all to the Lord in thanksgiving. Then we prayed the prayers of the church; the Our Father, Glory Be, the Hail Mary, the prayer to St. Michael. Then we stood in a circle and prayed for the one on our right, and the one on our left. Amen.

Power Tongues Work Groups Final Handout
Power Tongues International
“He who speaks in tongues edifies himself…” (1Cor 14:4).
1. Our work group has a two-fold objective:
A. To coach and develop the gift of tongues in the individual; to develop the habit of using one's prayer tongue often throughout the day.
B. Praying this way as a group we edify and confirm each other at the same time we are accomplishing many spiritual things as God leads.
2. We learn to deal with our personal issues before we begin and set them aside. If an issue keeps surfacing, focus on it and pray it through in tongues. God will set it straight. You will know when it is dealt with and it's time to move on.
3. We ask for a generous heart so we can seek God's prayer in faith, expressing what he wants us to pray for.
4. We have a new realization that it's 'not about me,’ but about what's on God's heart and what the body of Christ may need.
5. The extended prayer tongues requires physical stamina and a resolute determination to press on in faith even though our minds may begin to wander or our spirits get weary. Often it's because we've overcome weariness and pushed through that the most power is manifest and prayers are most effective. (During the time in tongues it’s important to have a ‘coach’ to exhort the participants to press on.)
6. Throughout the time in tongues the Lord directs us, much like an invisible orchestra director, and at some point we just end in unison. After we have stopped praying in tongues we share and make note of what people receive from the Lord. It’s amazing how much the visions and prayers of the individuals are in synch with each other. We confirm and build on each other’s focus. There's a deep refreshing strengthening as we share.
7. There's no right or wrong way to do this, especially when a solid gathering prayer is prayed at the outset. What is prayed for we believe in faith that it has happened.
8. We end the time with a prayer that 'seals' in all that God has accomplished, and one that cleanses us from anything out of order that may have clung to us.
9. To recap: We begin with prayer, asking for the Holy Spirit to deepen and guide our prayer time. We take authority over any negative spirit activity that would interfere and we invite the Lord to expand our understanding of and use of tongues. We pray in tongues until the Holy Spirit stops us. We share the words, visions, scriptures, prayers that the Lord brings forth during our tongues time. We close in prayer, remaining on time with a clear start and end time. (1 ½ hours from arrival to departure has been our timeframe.)

Prayer Of Preparation
For your info, in case you want to pray similarly, this is how our home group formats the session:
1. FOCUS ON AND PRAISE JESUS: "Heavenly Father I praise You for all You are and thank You for all you have given me. You are my creator and have redeemed me through the Blood of Jesus Christ Your Son and You have sealed me with the Holy Spirit for the day of redemption.
BIND YOURSELF TO JESUS: "In Jesus' Name I bind my whole person--heart and desires, soul and spirit, body and emotions to the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. I bind my mind to the Mind that is in Christ Jesus and I bind myself to Your highest and best purpose for my life. Father, anoint me and anoint my prayer as I seek Your guidance.
REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND FORGIVE: I acknowledge my sins before You, Father, repent and ask forgiveness for my sins and failings. I open my heart, Lord, and receive Your forgiveness. I also choose this day to forgive all who have ever offended me and in the Name of Jesus loose from me any strongholds of unforgiveness.
BIND AND CAST OUT EVIL SPIRITS: "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I bind in His Precious Blood and break the power of all evil spirits of the air, earth, fire, water and under the earth. I bind all ministering, generational and occult spirits and spirits of the capital sins in the Precious Blood of Jesus. I command these spirits and any spirits operating through my weaknesses in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, to leave peacefully and quietly, to be disposed of by Jesus and never again to return to harm me.
COME AGAINST AND REVERSE CURSES: In the Name of Jesus I come against, cancel, loose from me and reverse all hexes, curses, spells and incantations, programs, or assignments ever perpetrated against me, my family, loved ones, finances, property and ministry.
CUT UNCLEAN AND UNHOLY BONDS; Father, heal my negative emotions and the wounds of my heart and spirit. In Jesus' Name I destroy and loose from me every stronghold against the knowledge of God and obedience to Christ. I take the sword of your Spirit, the Word of God, and in Jesus' Name, cut and sever all unholy and unclean bonds between me and any other person.
ASK FOR THE HOLY SPIRIT: Father, fill me completely with Your Holy Spirit that I may overflow with Your abundant love. Seal me with this same Spirit and anoint me so that guided with His power I may walk in that which You have purposed for me. (Ask for specific charisms) All this I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen
2. THEN, WHEN YOU BEGIN IN TONGUES: Invite the Holy Spirit to guide and direct your tongues for His purpose. Place the whole session under His care.
3. THEN PRAY IN TONGUES UNTIL YOU FEEL THE TIME IS COMPLETED. Most often we end in unity--we simply know when we're done. Our home group tends to pray between 20-30 minutes.

Be careful to stay focused and not go off in tangents; staying with what is relevant to what you've received just during this time. One of our members records the words and sends them to us later so we can continue to pray and discern what the Lord is saying to us. If you are praying alone, take a few moments to reflect on the focus of your time. Keep a journal of that session.
5. WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED, PRAY A PRAYER THAT SURRENDERS THE PRAYERS TO GOD, ALLOWING HIM TO DETACH AND REFRESH YOU; "Father, I return all of this to You in love and gratitude. Anything that was just from me, let it be forgotten. That which was from You, let it take root and produce fruit. Father, all the things that You brought to mind, send Your Spirit to bring about Your purpose in each circumstance or situation. Thank You Father, In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen
